What if Lesnar is actually an avid fan of Daniel Bryan and even he doesn't think Reigns is ready? What if? Right If he doesn't think Reigns was ready or didn't know he was going to face/put over Reigns he wouldn't have done the post rumble RAW sit down angle. Brock will put you over for money. Plus Heyman and Vince know and would have talked to him about this. Hes not dumb to bail out on a planned main event at last minute. Saying that the absence probably something to with money since he's rumored to be staying in WWE. They'll probably have different sort of deals like pay per appearance and pay per attendance etc.

This COULD be the case. Paul Heyman when putting over Daniel Bryan on the MizTV segment before the PPV really had that "holy shit that Brock/Bryan match would be so good" look in his eyes. Remember when Dixie approached Heyman prior to acquiring the "services" of Bischoff and Hogan. Heyman gave her very specifics of what he would do. He would work for a set number of years and build a new star. He said he wanted Bryan Danielson. Heyman saw something in him well before the YES movement and wanted to build a promotion around him. I also think for as much crap as heyman is given for being selfish, he does really play favorites. He got Tommy Dreamer a WWE job when ECW went tits up. Heyman also knows how to hide a persons weaknesses and play to their strengths. Plus unlike the rest of the writing team he knows how to read a crowd. Combine those and I wouldn't put it past him putting the thought in Brock's ear that he has leverage and this Mania ME has the potential to be a stinker. If Brock is in 2 shit upon mania big matches it will be a heck of blemish to live down. While Brock may not care about his legacy I know Heyman knows the value of a legacy and a crowd's perception. I never even thought of that. I can't see Lesnar caring on the surface who he faces, but it's certainly not outside the realm of possibility that Heyman convinced him that facing Bryan would be a much better business move.

This was just very briefly talked about on his show and Dave never said he was breaking any kind of news. This is just some copy paste sites attempt to make some newzy newz off of a minor side discussion on W.O.R
Same crap, different day.
I would legit hate to have Meltzer or Wade Keller's job sometimes (as awesome as it would be) as every damn thing you say REGARDLESS OF CONTEXT (pardon the Alvarezian outburst) becomes the title of some click bait BS article on some lazy ass copy/paste newz site, and then instead of criticizing said newz site people instead knock you for being a lazy reporter.
My head would explode.

Considering the way Heyman made Reigns look like a complete asshole by kissing his ass in a way that he knew would get the crowd even more pissed off at Reigns, it wouldn't surprise me if Heyman tried to play that card. Lesnar doesn't care. Heyman just might.

...there is nothing there. The mud butt story is likely close to the mark. Not that he had the runs, but something minor held him up. Or...Vince might be saving that date for the final run up to WM and decided that last minute. They float a terd to Meltzer and it goes viral so they get free trending without him even having to make the appearance on Raw. Everyone wins...except when he loses at WM

LOL @ anyone that thinks that Brock or Paul E. are on a mission to get D-Bry into the main event or something. That's silly even for FAN. Good comedy though.

Maybe Brock got flashbacks to WM20 when he saw Reigns?

WHY BROCK LESNAR DIDN'T APPEAR ON RAW by Mike Johnson @ 3:56 PM on 2/24/2015
As reported last night in the PWInsider Elite section, WWE World Heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar was backstage at Raw but was not used. Lesnar flew on his private plane to Nashville for the taping earlier in the day on Monday.
According to those who saw him backstage yesterday, Lesnar was obviously angry about something and one source claimed he walked out of the taping before it ended.
There are different stories making the rounds, but PWInsider.com has been told it was not something on the creative end that set Lesnar off, but something regarding his business relationship with WWE. No one we spoke with was willing to elaborate beyond that, but several made it clear it had nothing to do with any planned booking.
Vince McMahon acknowledged the issue during a Smackdown production meeting today, a source claimed, but did not elaborate on the issue. Lesnar has returned home to Minnesota and is not backstage at Smackdown.
Lesnar is not advertised to appear again for WWE until the 3/9 Raw taping in Pittsburgh, PA, which gives WWE several weeks to work out whatever the issue is.
If and when we confirm additional details, we will update.

Probably because he took the time to fly out and then the WWE couldn't find a spot on Raw for the WWE Champion. Dude could have been in the wilds killing caribou with his bare hands and banging Sable. What a boner, WWE.

Lesnar rarely does anything on RAW besides standing next to Heyman, while he talks. No reason why he could not have done that this week.

It'd be hilarious if he's done. Main Event of WrestleMania for the Vacant title Reigns vs Big Show vs Kane.

Ontopic: I have two suspicions:
1) Brock didnt want to join the Roman lovefest segment
2) WWE owes him money

That's pretty bad. Lesnar already has so few appearances as it is. And with this feud and Roman Reigns needing all the hype they can get, having to do it without the main attraction for a few weeks is going to hurt.
