Lesnar has returned home to Minnesota and is not backstage at Smackdown. I'm shocked!

Daniel Bryan vs. Roman Reigns for the vacant title. About damn time Vacant gets his WrestleMania moment! Though, I guess he already did at WrestleMania IV. But this would be a great WrestleMania comeback for him, since he's been on fire lately.

Brock was not at RAW and is in his home because he is afraid and hiding from The Powerhouse, Roman Reigns. :`)

Watch everyone mocking the newzy style but the delay is to confirm he has breast cancer or something then the first 4 pages look horrible. He could've come down with something undefined that would forever be known as Brock Lesnar's disease, and the 'update' such as it is would still be goofy until there's actually something to report. He'll retire Monday with the words, "...today I consider myself the luckiest man on the face of the Earth..." Vince will spontaneously add him to this years Hall of Fame class. Bradley Cooper will play him in the movie.

Monday evening at 8 o'clock As Raw begins Backstage at a show that's a total bore Reading a contract that he hoped would pay more He has to put over Roman, good grief He had more fun crushing Tenacious Z He would've done that for free
Brock (We gave him most Raws off) Is going (Schedule was really soft) Home (Should've gave him a match with D-Bry) Brock's going home Mania main evnt blown Leaving Vince in tears
Heyman watched a rematch from Smackdown Picks up the contract that lying there Reading the sum that he thought would be fair He breaks down and cries to burger pattie my client's gone How could be leave so quickly His ride to the airport was me
Brock (We had so much fun) Is going (He was the 1 in 21-1) Home (Maybe I'll try to represent D-Bry) Brock's going home Mania main event blown Leaving Vince in tears
Friday evening at 9 o'clock he is far away He still really wants to fight Good thing he scheduled a meeting with Dana White Brock (Should've paid him more than a song) Is having (Would've made Roman look strong) Sable (Sable's the one thing that money can't buy) She's still on Brock's arm After living on a farm For so many years

This COULD be the case. Paul Heyman when putting over Daniel Bryan on the MizTV segment before the PPV really had that "holy shit that Brock/Bryan match would be so good" look in his eyes. ...While Brock may not care about his legacy I know Heyman knows the value of a legacy and a crowd's perception... So does Virgil.

Reading this thread got me thinking. Hear me out.
Lesnar will put anyone over. If you pay him enough. But how much is enough?
Maybe, JUST maybe, Brock is looking at the reactions Reigns is getting. And he realized the crowd at Mania is gonna be much closer in temperament to the Philly Rumble crowd than Raw and Fastlane. Then he thought about how much more work he's gonna have to put in to make the match not be an embarrassment.
"Yeah, I'll put him over, but you're gonna have to pay me a LOT more because I'm gonna have to do a LOT more work to get him over."
Again, probably just tinfoil hat wishful thinking, but, hey, what's the harm?

If Brock walked due to not wanting to put Reigns over, he's officially my hero.

I think a lot of the heat put on Meltzer in this thread (me included) should really go to WrestleZone, as their headline makes it seem like there is an explanation or story. If you go to Meltzer's site the news story link just says, "Lesnar advertised but doesn't appear."

Guys, honestly, if you're not going to listen to the audio being referenced, stop trying to draw conclusions about Meltzer, his reporting, or how/why he said it. I haven't listened to it, either, but it's pretty poor form to cast aspersions if you don't have the context he said this stuff in. Chill out.

I know Lesnar doesn't care about the creative direction of building new stars in WWE. He doesn't care one bit. So, he's not walking out because he is a secret Bryan fan or he doesn't think Reigns is over, or whatever nonsense people are saying. You know what I want this to be? I want this to be Lesnar and his people not knowing what his PPV bonus will be for mania because of the Network. I want to know that someone with enough power has made Vince and the WWE aware that it is a huge problem when your talent isn't compensated properly. The Network is a much bigger deal than last year, it only makes sense that the PPV buys go down as more people subscribe. So Lesnar wants to know why he's getting less for this fight than he got last year, when his match is actually more important than the Undertaker match from last year. So I want Lesnar to get Vince in a courtroom or sign something binding that applies to all superstars. Pie in the sky dream I suppose
