Those actors include Harrison Ford, Johnny Depp, Jodie Foster, Kate Winslet, Ewen McGregor, Ben Kingsley, Hugh Grant, Sigourney Weaver, Christoph Waltz, Adrien Brody, and John C. Reilly. So not going to happen. Some of these are way too beloved to have their careers killed. Just goes to show, then, just how shady and unethical many actors are. With all the great directors in Hollywood, why would you ever consider working for such a shit-stain of a human being? They probably regard it as a prestige entry on their filmographies, which apparently outranks the moral and ethical issues of working with a child rapist who has refused to face any consequences for his actions.

He is a Holocaust survivor whose mother was killed at Auschwitz concentration camp. As an adult his wife Sharon Tate and their unborn child were murdered by members of the Charles Manson family. Could these actors be so sympathetic to his background that they can, in their own minds, excuse him? I don't know.

Roman Polanski is still making movies, with A-list stars, and many of them signed a petition supporting him. It's amazing, considering that he's a child rapist who fled punishment for his crime. There was a pretty good article in Entertainment Weekly when the Cosby allegations gathered steam, about how a lot of celebs are generally forgiven, and gave Mike Tyson as one example, and it hit me/I certainly lived through that time and remember what happened, yet it had been pushed to the back of my mind. Not that I was trying to forget it, I just kinda did

Kevin Sorbo.
Sure, his career after Hercules was sort of doomed from the outset, but even after washing up in God's Not Dead, he seemed fated for the sort of wry, memetic nostalgia that Chuck Norris enjoys.
Then Ferguson came along.
Even the Son of Zeus is no match for the Dark Lord of Facebook Meltdowns.

What did he say about Ferguson?

Ike Turner Bill Cosby I would also state Woody Allen Ike Turner got to work with Gorillaz late in his life so not really. Also the only people in Hollywood that hate Woody Allen are Mia Farrow and two of her kids. Her other kid defends Woody.

Fair enough.... I didn't know that about Ike Turner & I don't really pay attention to Woody Allen films that much.

Ike Turner Bill Cosby I would also state Woody Allen Woody Allen had two periods where he was under some heavy scrutiny, but mostly he's been able to go on making a movie ever year. For the most part, his reputation hasn't been too damaged. The only time he was really getting attention was right after the split with Mia Farrow and after the Golden Globes gave him a lifetime achievement award, prompting the Farrow family (including Ronan) to push for the media to get that story back out there. I earlier mentioned the talent that has worked with Polanski since his scandal. Well, the talent that has worked with Allen since his scandal is even more impressive. Here are some of the names he's worked with since that scandal: Leonardo DiCaprio, Julia Roberts, Cate Blanchett, Sean Penn, Will Ferrell, Scarlett Johansson, Hugh Jackman, Emma Stone, Robin Williams, Drew Barrymore, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Penélope Cruz. My point is that he hasn't been hurt that much by his scandal. I think many people had forgotten about it until the Farrows used social media to get it back in the media's attention.

As a long time fan of his, the allegations and that whole fallout with Cee Lo depresses the hell out me.

Boy George more for his heroin addiction. It's a broad stroke for the topic but there is absolutely no comparison to the two

Michael Jackson is surely at the top of this list. I'm surprised he hasn't been mentioned yet. From the biggest star in the world to, at best, a freakish laughingstock and, at worst, a child molester.

Boy George more for his heroin addiction. It's a broad stroke for the topic but there is absolutely no comparison to the two Elton John, David Bowie and Keith Richards are well known for their legendary substance abuse issues and I wouldn't say they've been tarnished by it. Going to jail for chaining someone to his radiator is more tarnishing than the drugs IMO.

I'm honestly surprised Sean Penn gets as much as a free pass as he does, considering the horrendous shit he did to Madonna.

If Mike Tyson can rape a woman and build his reputation back, anyone can. No such thing as a "tarnished" celeb. There'll always be a few that support them. I'm not sure you'll find anyone supporting Jimmy Saville or Ian Watkins.

He's still making hits , but it feels like Chris Brown will always have a certain air about him that makes people unconformable . I don't care if you meant it or not, but this is f***ing HILARIOUS.
