Just got done watching the first series and I thought it was amazing. I was reluctant to give it a go cause I'm not a fan of Teen Titans. But was amazed how in depth and mature this show was. The characters have amazing depth, the animation is top notch, and the voice acting is great. Shame WB Animation axed it after two seasons. They could done so much. Seriously it's the best comic animated show since Batman The Animated Series of the 90's. And I will leave you with a line I was amazed was in the show: Artemis: I feel naked without my quiver.. Except not the fun kind! Dude, she is 15 years old! I think, I do know she under the age of consent though.

I liked it quite a bit. Great character interactions for one thing.

Very good show. Cartoon Network really screwed the show, changed days, changed timeslots, months between episodes. And when they got their Batman they did the same thing.
The animation in DC shows have always been excellent and YJ is no exception. Only in the last few series has Marvel really made a leap forward in animating their action in my opinion. Secrets was a good episode from Season 1 off the top of my head.
I thought the second season was a bit of a letdown. Awkward time jump, too many new characters, poor choice in Villain of the Season who were made too powerful. I just can't accept freakin' Black Beetle can go toe to toe with Mongul, a villain who is a match for Superman. It doesn't help the last few minutes of the finale features Darkseid. They went too far with it whereas turning Sportsmaster into a super badass in Season 1 really worked for me, this didn't.
But I did like Impulse, some of the exploration of the Connors, clone and real.

Funfact: Miss Martian is voiced by Winnie Cooper... Seriously.
Captain Marvel was voiced by Rob Lowe for two episodes.. The other episodes he is voiced by Rob's brother Chad. Speaking of Captain Marvel (not renamed to Shazam that DC tend to do these days) I love how his character is basically a child in a adult's body. Basically hanging out at Mount Justice cause he wants hang around with the cool kids.

The moment I knew CN was done with the show was when 24 before airing a new episode they out of nowhere postponed showing it for like 3 months (along with the Green Lantern show which was also pretty good).

I doubt it, I'm not saying it's impossible but I just don't see it happening.

Watching it on Netflix now. Enjoying it. Just caught the episode where the adults and kids are in different universes due to Witch Boy, liked the communication solution.
Though, getting real sick of Miss Martian saying "HELLO MEGHAN!"

Easily the best moment of season 2 is when Nightwing does the Batman glare.

Up to episode 9 at the moment. Can't wait to get to the second season again, everything that happens in both season finales makes the journeys there worth it. I'm also glad Greg Weisman is optimistic about the show possibly returning if it does well enough on Netflix!

Blame people for not buying the terrible toys I only bought some of the 6in scale ones. They dropped the ball big time with the toy line. They didn't't have a good assortment. And to not include the counterparts in the mix early was dumb. Batman or Nightwing/Robin, Superman/Superboy, etc.
