You know, I'm pretty sure Sansa could take Ramsay in a shoot fight I noticed she towers over him and Theon both. Is the actress playing Sansa exceptionally tall or are the guys just pygmies? What did Sansa grab, a corkscrew or something? I thought they were just going to mirror the Sansa and Joffrey scene where she 'almost' pushed him to his death. Guess we'll have to tune in next week to find out.

She's pretty tall, almost six foot. Ramsay is listed at 5'8", but he looks way shorter than that. The Starks basically look like a set of stairs

I will say though, that was a pretty slick play by the High Sparrow. Earn Cersei's trust to solidify him as a head of faith before making his move on her. Lucky for him as well that Cersei has pushed away and burned bridges with all her potential allies. And Jonathan Pryce has really been killing it in this season. Put him with Diana Rigg and you got great TV.

Not that I think Cersei will die, but if she did bite it who would be left to be the main villain? I guess the Boltons (especially Ramsay) could take the mantle, but I'm not sure they're going to survive long after the Battle of Winterfell (mind you, I still have yet to read the books). I have a big feeling everything is leading to Stannis vs. Daenerys.

Does this season just seem to be random stuff happening? I mean, the other seasons I at least felt it was leading to something.

The season deviates from the source material in content, but it stays true to the spirit. That's all I can say really.

That Bronn/Tyrene scene was kinda gross....mostly because he looks old enough to be her father.

Who knows what he is up to, and the fact that neither we the viewers or any of the characters have been able to even keep an eye on him for several weeks now is disconcerting. I mean he just kind of disappeared and could be planning anything.

Never thought I'd be so happy to hear Jerome Flynn sing again. That scene with Diana Rigg and Jonathan Pryce was as good as any character interaction there's been in this series so far.

Bronn's personality keeps his character alive despite many people worrying about it last episode.

Hannah Murray is dangerously close to dethroning Olivia Thirlby as my Hollywood crush.
This episode had amazing storyline progression up and down. Child sacrifice tease. One innocent girl realizing her Hell won't be going away anytime soon, while another finally rewards the young man that has truly loved her. Two of the most powerful, humane characters finally meeting each other, with another one present trying to impress one of them. And the mother of all c***s receiving imprisonment.

Definitely a better episode than last week's. If only you all saw the giant smirk on my face when Lancel came out for Cersei's arrest. Nice to see Ghost reappear this season and to spare us of another "painful" scene. I almost forgot about him. Now Varys needs to be seen again before he gets put on the MIA list. But at least Tyrion is with Danerys now so this will be exciting to see. Can one good thing happen to Sansa on this show? She's becoming the Bad Luck Brian of it. Lastly, Aemon Targaryen: We shall never see his like again. And now his watch has ended.

My reactions though the episode: Huh. There's something I never expected to see in Game of Thrones: a named character dying of old age.
The one thing this season has had going for itself is that I'm actually starting to see why people like Stannis so much.
JR: By God, King! The Rapist Boyz are beating up The Slayer like a government mule! But wait! He's getting back up!
Lawler: He's a fool, JR! He should just stay down and live to fight another day!
JR: For goodness' sake, King, he's fighting to protect his woman! No sane man would stay down in this situation!
Lawler: Well either way it's not looking good. it doesn't look like there is anyone who can stop The Rapist Boyz!
*Real Westerosan starts playing*
JR: Wait a minute! This music!
King: Could it be?!
JR: IT'S GHOST!! GHOST IS BACK!! AND HE'S CLEANING THE HOUSE! THE RAPIST BOYZ ARE RUNNING AWAY WITH THEIR TAIL BETWEEN THEIR LEGS!!
At first I thought the banter between Bronn and the Sand Snakes was actually surprisingly fun and even gave me a little bit of hope for these characters... and then they had to go and ruin with bad fanfic-level eroticism. And then with the twist that she had coated her blade with a slow-acting poison, which is a very stupid idea for a fight; you know, something where your best bet is to kill your enemies quickly. And then she gives him the antidote anyway, making the whole thing entirely pointless. Overall a pretty good episode. The best one of the season so far... but still nowhere near what I've come to expect from Game of Thrones. But still, it's nice to see that the various storylines finally seem to be going somewhere and I'm especially glad to see some of them merging together because I feel what made this seasons so lackluster was that it had just way too many sub-plots going on at the same time, with little time to develop each one and all of them progressing about as fast as the front line during World War I, so it's nice to see them streamline the plot a bit. It was a breath of fresh air after how dreadful the previous episode was.

"Egg, I dreamed that I was old."
Best episode of the season by a country mile for that alone.
I can't wait to see the proposed Dunk and Egg adaptation.

Does Littlefinger have a jet pack? I swear Westeros shrinks when that dude's going from point to point.
And that was easily the best episode of the season.

The collective joy over Cersei's imprisonment is interesting to watch. Careful your joy doesn't turn to ashes in your mouth.
But, I don't blame you. I mean, if we can't trust a religious nut to administer proper justice, who can we trust?

Tommen will be so mad his mother and wife are imprisoned he'll write a strongly worded letter about it! But not TOO strongly worded, he doesn't want to hurt anyone's feelings.

Best episode of the season so far. Some great performances by so many of the cast in this one but Jonathan Pryce stealing it. As someone who was really looking forward to the Sand Snakes and was so far disappointed, I was glad to see that they at least kept in Tyene's penchant for poison. I love in the books when she meets with Doran that as soon as she leaves the maester rushes to check him for scratches. Though personally (if the plan is to kill Bronn anyway) I'd have had the scene ended with the antidote being something like a liquid cyanide that kills him instantly. Make him think it's an antidote but it just speeds death along. And then with the twist that she had coated her blade with a slow-acting poison, which is a very stupid idea for a fight; you know, something where your best bet is to kill your enemies quickly. And then she gives him the antidote anyway, making the whole thing entirely pointless. The idea would be to kill them outright with the dagger but if your opponent happens to kill you then as long as you at least cut them they'll also die a short time later. It's straight out of Oberyn's playbook.
