I've seen the combo of "Piece of Shit" and "Browns" together in the same sentence ten thousand times in my lifetime.

Dumbass day continues
Suspended free agent RB Joseph Randle was arrested at a Kansas casino Tuesday night.
He's facing several charges, including felony criminal threats, misdemeanor assault of a law enforcement officer, battery, and disorderly conduct. Randle was reportedly told to leave the casino because he was too drunk. On the way out, he spit on the floor and "went berserk" on the cops. Randle has a history of legal troubles and is still in custody on $25,000 bail.

Manziel, while he had a couple of great college years, was never gonna be all world in the pros I feel; at least not in the long haul. He would've been 'solved' like Kaepernick, RGIII, the Wildcat formation et al were/have been inside of one year. Defensive coordinators are too good at what they do for your more gimmicky qbs/offenses that rely almost solely on athleticism. See, I've seen this a few times here, and I think it's really oversimplifying the process. Like, RGIII and Manziel came out as probably more polished passers than Cam Newton. Newton had a kind of watered down offense, and was the sole concern of the defense to the point that a good number of his completions were open to wide, wide open. He had a pro arm all the way, but what you saw on him wasn't that much. RGIII and Manziel both came from more system offenses, as everyone eventually found out. Manziel was the first under Sumlin at A&M, and everyone pretty much took what he was doing at face value. People are essentially saying that these mobile guys are gimmicky, but they can develop and grow just like Cam did. I would argue that the system they came out of was more gimmicky than they themselves were. None of them have his arm strength, but they fail because they don't develop as passers. Just like plenty of pocket QBs who come out. You can't just group everyone with similar skill sets and stamp them as solved. Russell Wilson has the same (better) escapability as Manziel, only he came from two pro style offenses. Marcus Mariota came from a gimmicky system and is mobile and doesn't have the Winston/Newton arm strength. And he's doing fine. It continues to be a case by case basis. -On Manziel's recent story, it's not even a story. It's born out of the 24-hour news cycle and a need for content. Which is why ESPN covered his argument with his girlfriend on the side of the road where the police showed up. They need something to talk about. Aside from the rehab thing, which everyone knows is a PR move, nobody really knows if he does have a substance abuse problem like Cris Carter or if he just likes to party. I mean, here in St. Louis Brett Hull was THE partier. Going out, getting drunk, going across the river to strip clubs until daylight. And no one gave a shit because he showed up on the ice. Or remember the pictures of Nash and Nowitzki bombed out of their heads? Nobody cared, other than for the fact it was hilarious. Because they played well. It's a story because he stinks at football, but I doubt it's WHY he stinks at football. I think we can all agree that we need better, ACTUAL sports news stories than how much Manziel had to drink last night. ESPN is worse than Hitler.

Ya'll seen some of the responses to the #AskJerryJones thing on Twitter? The savagery.
"If ISIS could get to the QB on 3rd down, would you sign them?"

This f***ing front office. It feels like last off season the 49ers got rid of everyone who was competent. It was not long ago at all that they looked like a powerhouse who would stay as one for years. Amazing how it all crashed so quickly.

FOX and ESPN are reporting that Johnny Manziel lied to the Browns about the partying tape. If true, why bother? Neither side likes the other so this is just a migraine for both side.

Here are some depressing Eagles Stats
The Eagles are 4-7 to start the year and have lost three straight games
The Eagles are 5-10 since Nick Foles has left the team
Mark Sanchez is 1-5 as an Eagles Starting QB
The Eagles Margins of loss in this three game slide have been: 1, 28, and 31
The Eagles have been Outscored 90-31 the last two weeks
NFL Quarterbacks have Fifteen Touchdowns and One Interception the last four weeks ve the Eagles
The Eagles have lost back to back games by 45+ points for the first time in Franchise History
What this translates to: FIRE CHIP KELLY YESTERDAY.
