If his old school fake looking wrestling is the great psychology i always hear old school fans talk about i will stick to my strong style japan guys my american strong style wannabes and my spot fests because if it's gonna look fake i at least want it to be exciting so from my point of view he sucks he's just a terrible wrestler and since it's based on opinion i will stick with mine. So what we watch now on Raw is the best wrestling can be? Somehow I don't think you even think that. The key to old school psychology was that back in the day, people thought wrestling was real. So based on that, wrestlers tried their best to make it look real. And that is why it was great. That is how you have people invest in a story. That's what it's all about. Cause really you could have the greatest moves but if it's just a bunch of moves put together, it's boring to me cause it's like some videogame that you watch but where you don't have the control of. I've seen a match between Dusty Rhodes and Barry Windham and all throughout, it's Windham putting a vice grip on Rhodes' head and making him suffer. Yet it was one of the greatest things I've ever seen. The key to great wrestling is have the simplest things mean so much. The chain match between Piper vs Valentine was pretty good. You should watch it. And you know what people would say if women wrestled those type of matches? Especially in the current environment of US wrestling? It looks boring and fake and they shouldn't even be in the ring. Don't get me wrong, psychology plays a huge part in great matches, but psychology has also changed over time, as has the rest of the business. Which makes what Valentine said even worse, because women wouldn't even be able to get away with the style he wrestles. Maybe unless they were built like a Vanessa Kraven or other bigger women wrestlers.

63-year-old man has 63-year-old views on women. news at 11 Indeed. It's really not worth getting flustered about the social views of old people. They will generally be different than your views. Someday you'll get to be and offend young people with your weird ideas and habits you picked up in your childhood and young adulthood.

Well, I don't agree but he's entitled to his own opinion. He's earned the right to have his opinions about pro wrestling, considering his success (and he was a success; most wrestlers don't get to where he got and be as successful as he was, they just don't).
I think he's wrong and, even if he was right in terms of financial success, I don't care because I'm on the the fan end of the business. I want wrestlers to be successful, especially the ones that I like, but what they make really doesn't matter to me. I just want them all to be successful.
Even if I don't agree with him, that hardly makes him a bad person. The Dynamite Kid was a huge fan of joshi, but he was still a horrible human being in many ways, a fact that he himself agrees with. So, having progressive views about women's wrestling doesn't make you a good person, nor would have regressive ones.
If you do like female pro wrestling, do your best to support it, showing it to others, buying tickets and DVDs, etc, and respectfully disagree with those who do not.

Funny enough I just learned today that he was once engaged to Madusa/Alundra Blayze. That's interesting. I was watching an episode of TNT a while back on the Network and his wife at the time (if that was his real wife) was hot as hell. The Hammer indeed.
