You know they could probably invest in guys like Chris Hero, Chuck Taylor, Chris Dickinson, Caleb Konley, Ethan Page, Timothy Thatcher maybe even Zack Sabre Jr. but i mean The Nasty Boys have allot of name value and Kurt Angle is in amazing shape. Wouldn't Chris Hero just get even fatter? Ryder would drool after Zack Sabre Jr. and try to initiate him into his "Prince Justice Brotherhood" aka Spud and Abyss. A lot of the people in TNA wouldn't "get" Chuckie T, even though he's a way better comedy guy imo than Colt Cabana. The rest of the guys TNA hasn't even heard of.

This is TNA, you're gonna have to lower your expectations, the best they could do for you would be put Abyss and Rockstar Spud in that inflatable pool. Or as they call it the "Bob Ryder". Sud deserves so much more than that, and what TNA gave him this past year in his face run. He had the fantastic feud with EC3, TNA's match of the year with the Hair vs Hair match, and they proceed to do f*** all with him after that. The logical step would have been for EC3 to win the title, Spud climb the ranks, get a title match, and Spud get his revenge by being the first one to beat EC3, and taking the title from him. Guy can be either a face or a heel. He's great as the weaselly loudmouth annoying heel, and he is fantastic as the underdog face. He deserves to be in a well ran WWE. Spud dug a hole for himself by letting Bob Ryder be his personal "Moolah", he deserves to be booked terrible.

When you let yourself be used by someone like Bob Ryder, you lose credibility. Abyss chose to stay in TNA because of his friendship with Bob Ryder than go to WWE and lose to the Undertaker which would have enhanced his pay.

I want the Mortal Kombat universe to come to life as well so I can run away with Mileena to Jamaica, but that ain't gonna.... Actually, compared to what TNA wants, my wish is more attainable.

I think it's career destruction to become a Bob Ryder "young boy". Braden Walker, Abyss, and Rockstar Spud have never amounted to shit and will never amount to shit.

Chris Harris was a great tag team wrestler and was really a talented guy until he got signed to the WWE and put on the weight. For a few years Abyss was considered one of the best big men on the national scene and Rockstar Spud is pretty talented just misused.

Legit potential spoiler: {Spoiler} According to PWInsider, Maria was telling people at last night's ROH show that she and Mike Bennett are starting with TNA in January. Taven's contract runs through March or April and he seemed to suffer a serious knee injury at the PPV so he will not be joining them, at least not immediately.

Well I expect a divorce by the end of next year then. Not getting paid does that to you, also not taking care of you when you get injured.

That'd make it equally likely he doesn't join them even beyond the injury.

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}Why the hell would you jump onto a sinking ship?! {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Because the WWE don't want to deal with Maria after all the shit she stirred after leaving most likely That and, as I've learned, wrestlers don't think how wrestling fans think. For as bad as TNA seems right now to most fans, a lot of wrestlers literally just see a chance to be on a nationally televised show as a chance to extend their brand because when they go back to the indies, they get a bump in pay.

See, here's the thing: what did TNA do wrong (or didn't do right)? Because if you think about it, there were people who said "If they just get this big name or that big name, they'll get ratings." And they didn't. Their ratings were the same all the time. They had big stars, TV, video games, action figures, and publicity. But they could never take off. Let me just say this: The only time I really watched TNA was during the fourth quarter of 2009. I was telling people, "You've just GOT to watch this!" And that's the best kind of advertising: word of mouth. (Then as soon as 2010 started, everything went down the drain.) What happened? There were a lot of reasons they f***ed up having big names, but the biggest of all was that they didn't advertise shit. Not only did they poison the well with too many "surprises" that turned out to be nothing, but all of these surprises were conducted within the pre-existing bubble they already had. There'd be some ads run on Spike, but they never tried to run internet ads, never found ways to advertise anything, and the one time they put up billboards, it was in Stamford, a city they never ran a show in, solely to try and f*** with WWE. They stagnated by never trying to push outward, thinking that just having big names would somehow attract attention to them.

Yeah, but if I ran an indie, I'd probably give the TNA people a pay cut because they were dumb enough to go work for Dixie and Bob Ryder.

Virgil should be one of the surprises. He's always looking for work. I heard a certain Dennis Stamp also hasn't been booked much.

The Young Bucks talked about it in their shoot, they were selling Merchandise at a PWG show once and were trying to help sell company merchandise, and Kevin Steen told them not to worry about that. Steen told them "You are here to make the Young Bucks money, not PWG money". So yes, wrestlers are only worried about their bank accounts

I'd be down for a Kizarny/Hade Vansen feud in 2016 TNA. Step 1: Sign Kenzo Suzuki Step 2: put TNA World Championship on him Step 3: New golden age Total Pearl Harbor job.
