That's where the book's going - they're just going to split up like a normal couple, no Mephisto required.

Maybe a second volume of the Howling Commandos of SHIELD will be a part of this?

Great star power for Monsters Unleashed. Nice to see something horror related get....
........Monsters Unleashed? Really?
It seems rare to say "DC news beats Marvel news" but boy howdy did JLvSS (which just dropped today out of nowhere) blow the shit outta this MU hype.
Heck, Jetsons > MU, too...

Conway's said Peter may have his struggles, but he and MJ are going to be pretty happy in this book. How can you assume "LOLDIVORCE" over one panel? All parents are prone to squabbles. Stop assuming the worst just because MJ looks mad at Peter, she's been mad at him before at times when the marriage was at it's strongest, hell she's been ticked off at him in the newspaper strip sometimes also, and that version of the marriage is arguably the most durable in the entire Spidey medium People's opinions on the marriage seem to be getting way too much like the idealised praise of Gwen...when it was never like that. It's a slice of life relationship with it's good and bad days, ups and downs. We catch a glimpse of ONE down (despite the fact a lot of the other interior artwork released by Stegman is all ups) and you assume from here on in it's all downhill? Has Marvel made marriage fans this paranoid? Oh, and they've upped the price on the first issue of RYV www.bleedingcool.com/2016/09/01/ch-ch-changes-mirka-andolf-on-ms-marvel-and-rb-silva-on-uncanny-inhumans/

Petty and vindictive, but hilarious all the same. I dont want to read about middle aged Peter Parker and his teenage daughter, so I wont be getting this one.

Eh, I'm more interested in Monsters than Jetsons. And JLvsSS, art looks nice, but I'm so sick of Harley Quinn already that I dont really wanna read it. DC's Deadpool - I'm just not interested.

That's fair enough, I was in a mood to vent about the "idealised" attitudes to the marriage anyway, so thanks for triggering me ^_^ I still think they're going to replace 616 douche bag Peter and MJ with these versions next year. Just a feeling since it's worked out well for DC. Depends on the sales though. As for the unwarranted ageism towards RYV Spidey...any Peter who's more mature and has more adult responsibilities is a welcome change from the tiresome OOC Man-Child Millionaire who increasingly acts nothing like Spidey Peter and MJ look pretty spry for being middle-aged too.

I'm drawing a blank on the name of the guy with the steel plate in his head, but I take it Doc Ock is very happy because that gentleman thinks Spider-Man (and Peter Parker alone) killed him.

Ha, I totally called what happened in today's Spidey daily yesterday when Scott Lang said he knew Peter from the papers...he wasn't referring to the fact Peter is s renowned photographer, he knows him from his marriage to the successful Broadway actress Mary Jane Parker. Problem is, he does'nt even know Peter's first name!

Jackal's involved it's always cloning With the exception of {Spoiler}Electro Lass, everyone on that cover is dead and cloned - IIRC, Prowler bought it in the most recent issue of ASM and was immediately brought back as a clone. Also, that lady up in the top left corner: izzat Jean DeWolff? She doesn't have her trademark cap or cigarette, but.......well at this point, considering all the others coming back, it's probably her.

I recall she had her cap in the very early Dead No More teasers...as for the cigarette, that's due to Quesada's smoking ban

She was barely visible in the teasers, it was her cap that made her stick out, rofl
