He might be a little harsh on Seth here but I love Bret. He gets mocked but I almost always agree with him.

This would be a good point, except Bret has often defended Goldberg in that situation He even said that things like that are "part of the job" But now injuries are something that are never allowed to happen He's a legend, but also a hypocrite Is there a source for him defending Goldberg? I only ever remember him talking about Goldberg not being careful, specifically in his book. But I might be mis-remembering. The one that springs to mind first is the youtube interview where he's with Anvil and they're both wearing Miami jerseys.

Hart also criticized Rollins for getting injured himself. www.si.com/extra-mustard/2015/11/20/bret-hart-triple-h-survivor-series-seth-rollins-daniel-bryan"Hart revealed that a WWE champion has two major responsibilities: never hurt an opponent, and do not suffer an injury of your own. 'You can’t hurt somebody like that under any circumstances,' said Hart. 'It’s totally reckless. It can’t happen. The other thing is, when you’re the champion, you have a responsibility to not get hurt. You have to be spot on. I love that Rollins kept going on and finished the match, and that shows a lot of courage. Nobody can hurt you and you can’t hurt yourself. It’s not allowed. I was champion, off and on, for quite a few years, and I never missed one title match from an injury. I got hurt lots of times, but the reality is you’ve got so much pinned on you and so much tied onto you, the company and your peers can’t afford for you to get hurt. When you do get injured, it throws a wrench into everything."

I wonder how/when Seth will react to Bret's reaction to Seth's reaction to Bret's comments... I tear-filled diatribe on his LiveJournal, no doubt.

Now the knee to Cena's face I agree Rollins deserves a bit of stick for, but his own injury was about as much of a freak accident as you can get. No-one at fault there.
