I get that Anthony Taylor didn't have the benefit of slo-mo, but that's a certainly a second yellow here, no? I thought for sure he was getting sent off regardless of how bad it was, isn't the goalkeeper meant to be a no go area for tackling anyway? If he has the ball secured in his hand, yeah. If it's on the foot, is just like any other player.

Had no idea Steaua Bucharest were this poor. If Man City don't have a 3 goal lead by the end of the night to take into the 2nd leg they should be ashamed of themselves!

Didn't really care about the Steaua-City game otherwise, but the fact that Dinamo got their huge arse tifo in to that game was f***ing brilliant.

What a ****ing nail biter that was for Celtic. Cruising 3-0 at half time and then in the span of two minutes it becomes 3-2 and the two goals are on the away rule.
Such great character from the squad to come back to make it 5-2. It'd take a collapse of epic proportions for Celtic to not reach the Champions League group stages at this point.
Brendan Rodgers is going to be a force of nature at Celtic Park. Haven't felt this way about a manager since Martin O'Neill and, to a certain extent, Gordon Strachan.

I don't know what was funnier, their tweets or their teams defensive capabilities!

I thought Celtic and their fans covered themselves in glory on and off the pitch last night (I shan't elaborate as it enters political territory), I just hope they don't get into trouble by UEFA for their flag protest.
Sadly not as good for Dundalk, that 2nd goal right at the end appears to have killed off their qualification hopes.

Joleon Lescott will sign a two year deal with Rangers providing he passes his medical tonight.

Christian Benteke's Liverpool nightmare is over.
Reds agree a fee with Palace that could rise to £35M.
Big props to Liverpool for getting all their money back on a big-money signing that didn't pan out. That's a rarity for sure.

Joleon Lescott will sign a two year deal with Rangers providing he passes his medical tonight. Lazed about and got his team relegated, taunted the fans with his car, showed apathy when his team was officially relegated, and then leaves like a rat abandoning a sinking ship. What a shithouse Joleon Lescott is.

Can't believe FC Edmonton is the 2nd best team in the league, but they have the 2nd worst attendance.

Scotland captain Scott Brown has announced his retirement from international football.
Obviously he does this right when he's getting good again DAMNIT! In all seriousness he's been a great servant to his country and if he wants to focus on his Celtic career then who am I to judge him? Especially since I support Celtic, so maybe I should be happy?
Wonder who Strachan will pick as the next Scotland captain with the first World Cup qualifier against Malta in two weeks.

Early days, but United is looking a lot more like their former selves. Zlatan is poaching goals and Pogba is a force in the midfield. Luke Shaw and Antonio Valencia are maurading down the flanks.
There are still holes with this team (I'd love to sign a squad CB prior to the window closing), but I like what I'm seeing thus far.
