No way in hell I'm getting up or staying up to watch this live. I did it for WK10, which disappointed for the most part and a lot of this year's card doesn't sound too interesting. Takahashi/KUSHIDA should be dope and Naito/Tanahashi sounds fun but we've seen it a bunch.

I'd love to get over to one of these. Do you mind me asking if it was expensive or difficult to get sorted for it?

Nice that the Jr tag is a proper match instead of a multi person like the past three years have been.

Nice that the Jr tag is a proper match instead of a multi person like the past three years have been. Agreed. I just wish it was something fresh. Bucks and RPG Vice have faced off a ton of times already. I wish ACH and Ishimori would have won the Jr. Tag League. Or bring in Momo No Sesishun to dominate the Bucks.

As I mentioned in the Power Struggle thread, ACH has confirmed he's leaving ROH and it looks like Cedric he maybe heading to WWE soon. I won't be surprised if he's in the 205 event they're doing.

I just really wish that division was booked better. it's been the same four or five teams trading the belt for years.

I'd love to get over to one of these. Do you mind me asking if it was expensive or difficult to get sorted for it? Still figuring it out, tbh. Good friend of mine (who has been to Tokyo about 8 times) and I (never been but beat Piston Honda a lot on Punch-Out) made these plans after WK9. We buy our tickets November 12th which we figured out is the cheapest day to buy Japan tickets from North America. We both have friends in Tokyo helping us with acquiring tickets/finding accommodations, but if you're making the trip, close great seats apparently aren't all that comparatively expensive.

I don't really have the financial freedom to be watching NJPW, but even I'd like to see Trent? get one over on the Bucks of Youth, heh.

Nice one, to be honest it's the lack of having anyone there to show me the ropes of Japan that is the real obstacle. Would be amazing though.

Not to impose, but what would you estimate the cost of this entire trip would be, room and tickets included? Considering doing this for 2018 with F4W.

Where would you be flying from? Los Angeles most likely. Right off the bat you're in the best possible place to fly from. Tickets alone, I'd be surprised if round-trip it was over $900.

For me it was about $3000 if I'm doing the math correctly. $2100 for the flights, nonstop from San Francisco to Narita, and then back from Narita with a stop in Seattle before Sacramento. $560 for six nights at a reasonably good hotel, I'm sure you could do cheaper than that but I specifically wanted this one. Floor level ramp-side seats were dirt cheap compared to Wrestlemania, those were $130 or so. And then the rest was for food, transportation, and bullshitting because I was a strapping young lad in Tokyo, haha. But I was in a situation where I had a blank check kind of deal, long story. I'm sure you could do it much cheaper.
