Also cool about Halloween this year is that Every Time I Die's DVD "S*** Happens" comes out that day.

I'm dressing as Torgo at a Halloween Party this year God, why didn't I think of that? <cue awful theme music> Joel: That's NOT how you wear your depends, Torgo! Crow: Been hittin' the thighmaster, Torgo? What have you got for the awesome knee effect? And Halloween falls on a Tuesday this year, for whoever was wondering. Kind of a sucky day - I remember one of the best 'Weens I ever had was in my ninth grade year when it fell on a Saturday - which was also TNT MonsterVision Saturday night. Joe Bob was there from 7:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., and showed the first six Friday the 13th movies. We had a big party at my house for it (I went as Frankenstein) and ate candy and watched F13 all night long. Man, the good old days. Also, <tear> I wish MonsterVision would come back. I think SpikeTV would be perfect for it.

Halloween is on a Tuesday this year. Which begs the question...will ECW have a Halloween themed episode?
Yes. That's what I have to contribute.
BYE!

Last year, we took our daughter Trick or Treating & I dressed up with her. I was a Rubik's Cube. I looked goooooooooood & had many compliments. The year before, I was Silent Bob...complete with a Bongsaber.
This year, if I can get the money to build it...I will be Randall Graves. I already have the Mooby workshirt...all I need are a couple of more peices of clothing from our friends at Jay & Silent Bob's Secret Stash.
And my daughter says she wants to be Tinkerbell. But, her mind has changed like 20 times so far.

My favorite event in October is trying to watch a horror movie without my uncle ruining it for me.
*Spoilers* Just to avoid any kind of complaint.
Uncle: What are you doing? Me: Watching Halloween Resurrection. Uncle: Doesn't it suck how they kill Jamie Lee Curtis off so soon? Me: I just started watching it! Uncle: You've watched it before. Me: No I haven't. Uncle: Oh sorry. (No emotion behind that)
Uncle: Watching a movie? Me: Yeah, Saw. Uncle: That is so stupid. Me (Before I can think): Why? Uncle: Because the twist is pathetic. Just watch the dead guy. Me: I haven't seen it! Stop. Uncle: Well, it makes no sense for him not to move. You'll see.
Great. Nice. B-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l. Best one...
Uncle: Let's play croquet. Me: I am almost done with this movie. Give me twenty minutes, tops. Uncle: What is it? Me: The Others. Uncle: Don't waste your time. They are all ghosts. Me: Hey! Uncle: Now let's play croquet. You keep watching movies and you'll just be a fat virgin for the rest of your life. Me: Yeah. And croquet will change all of that. Thanks, chief.
I kicked that crap out of him in croquet.

I was just thinking to myself an idea for Halloween
Imagine if a Cinema did a Halloween day "Fright fest" in which all day they showed classic Horrors i mean like Halloween, Fright night, NOES etc.
It would only take up 2 screens maybe (while the rest show the current flicks)

As it stands, I pretty much just gather friends around a big screen TV for essentially the same thing.

I watched this flick on Sci-Fi last night called "Night of the Creeps." It was HILARIOUS - had me laughing my butt off at 3 a.m. last night. And I had class at ten the next day.

The one with the slugs? Great movie. "Good news and bad news ladies. The good news, your dates are here. The bad, they're dead."

And it starred the guy who played Rusty in "European Vacation." And wasn't the police chief the main guy in "Halloween III?" And one more thing (I'm kind of obsessing about this movie now) - just WHAT was the beginning of the police chief's whole tragic backstory thing (I went to the bathroom and came back just when he was launching into how he shot somebody for revenge)? Did the guy that he shot kill somebody or something?

Did the guy that he shot kill somebody or something? First, yep, it was the same guy from Halloween III, Tom Atkins. Second, If my memory serves me, the Detectives old girlfriend was murdered by an axe murderer. This apparently influenced him to become a cop or to shoot the killer. Something like that. Great movie. I liked the "Uh-oh" ending too. Normally those are so bland, but this one had a smidgen of pizazz.
