..."Man, I feel old."?
I'm 37 years old. I was born in 1980.
Here's one example:
In the 1990s, VH1 had a 70s week. During the 1990s, of course the 70s decade was two decades prior. In the 2010s decade, the 90s decade is two decades prior.
i have other examples.

I'm 36. Just waking up in the morning and feeling so tired makes me feel old. Just a decade ago I could simply jump up and go about my business even if I barely slept.

When Bayley was on Steve Austin's podcast and he mentioned that she was 28 years old. It blew my mind that I've been following wrestling almost as long as she has been on this planet.
The first PPV I ever watched--SummerSlam '92--will be a quarter-century old this year.
In a few weeks, it will be 20 years since I attended my first Raw taping.
Seeing videos from Kris Kross and Color Me Badd on VH1 Classic.

I'm 37 too
And the moment I felt old was last year when the oldest player in the AFL retired making me older then every listed player in that league. It's weird when sporting heroes are younger then you.
Starting to happen in wrestling too.

I'm twice as old as my oldest student. Couple that with having to crack the majority of my joints in the morning and throughout the day to be able to use my limbs and man...just put me in the grave already.

Yep. I was listening to the latest WHW today and Conrad Thompson mentioned how long ago Bash at the Beach 1996 was. It doesn't seem like that long ago when I was a kid sitting in my dad's living room floor watching that PPV and being crushed by the ending. Now I'm a bitter 31-year-old who bitches about wrestling on a message board.

Listening to an oldies station in the car, DJ said "And here's TOM PETTY with MARY JANE'S LAST DANCE." Song came out in 1993..

A guy at work complemented me on how well I drove the forklift. I told him, ""I've been driving forklifts since before you were born." He said, "But I'm 25 years old." "Yup," I replied, "three years longer than you've been alive."
I'm 52 years old. I feel it every day.

All the time. I was talking to this girl at work who was like 16 or 17ish. She was telling me some drinking story about how her friend got so drunk and they just dumped him or her off on their lawn and took off. I thought, "f***ing kids. How dangerous." Then, after that thought I realized, "I guess we did that multiple times too" I was like, I dunno 28 or so at the time she told me this story.

For years I was the youngest in my office (I'm 42). Then along came a 39 year old and then a 24 year old. I got on like a house on fire with the 24 year old - and to be fair, she was rather easy on eye - but each day I was reminded by the voice in my head that there was nearly 20 years between us. Man, I feel old...!

Well, I turned 30 a few months back. I start to feel a bit old when I realize I've been watching wrestling for 18 years. Or when songs I loved as a teen start playing on "resurrection" type gimmicks.

I'm 35, and my best friend's daughter, who I'd babysit when she was a baby, is due to give birth to her first child.
I'm also reminded every time a football player who I saw make his debut as a teenager reaches the veteran stage of his career and retires.

In wrestling terms, my first WrestleMania was WM7. I recently rewatched it, and the mortality rate of the guys on that show is just straight up depressing.
In more mainstream terms, I can't comprehend Eminem's daughter now being old enough to legally drink. Then I remember that I turned 29 this year, and I now have about 10 months left in my 20s.

I just realized that the first PPV that I ever attended, Summer Slam 97, is going to be 20 years old next month. Wow.

In my mind the 90s are always 10 years ago.
I am frequently reminded that isn't the case when some new fangled modern thing that I'm vaguely aware of is actually about 10 years old and features on a nostalgia style show.
My best work buddy is just 5 years younger and it often feels like she's from a different generation to me in a way those 5-10 years older don't.
