Which of these indie guys do you feel were screwed over the hardest by WWE? (This includes the names in DSW, OVW, FCW, and NXT)

Didn't Ivelisse get released because she complained about Bill Demott? If that's who I'm thinking of, then yeah, probably her.
Also, the Wolves (or more specifically Davey Richards) screwed themselves. Can't blame WWE at all for that one.

Definitely me, as I have not been signed yet and it is distressing.

Easily Christopher Daniels for me. Bruce Prichard says he was the original choice for the Higher Power role but Vince thought he was too small and he was gone. There are so many other ways Daniels could've contributed to the WWE but he wasn't even given a chance to do something else. Such a wasted opportunity.

Colt Cabana. Losing a couple of squash matches as Scotty Goldman and then getting released.

Yeah, it has to be Cabana. Even Prichard was baffled at Vince making his entire gimmick based around the fact that he was Jewish.

Far and away Colt Cabana. A lot of the folks mentioned here weren't really huge stars until after they left WWF/E and made a name elsewhere. But Cabana was an established big indy star and had a huge in with CM Punk and a couple of others. They completely wasted him by making him Barry Horowitz 2.0 and that was really sad to see. At least Austin Aries got a chance to work both NXT and 205 Live as a legit wrestler. And Low Ki probably would've lasted longer if he didn't do what he is wont to do and burn bridges along the way.

And The Brian Kendrick should be on the list, considering how many times he tested positive for marijuana.

I can see not wanting to give him the benefit of the doubt, given his history, but from what I know he really was on his very best behavior in the WWE. If the face of it is true, that they were mad at him for winning a shoot contest he wasn't supposed to win, that's hard to top in terms of unfair treatment. That said, of course, if he didn't have a well-deserved reputation as terrible, he'd probably have had lots more chances than just that one.

Colt could've been a good lower card Comedy guy.

Yeah, I'd say Colt Cabana. Gave him "Just a Jewish guy!" as a gimmick and then we was gone. If they would've let him be himself, I think he would've been a big star there. At the very least, he's proving right now in ROH that he's valuable as a commentator, so the WWE squandered that as well.

I was a big fan of Trent, and I feel like he was damned to Superstars for almost all of his career once WWECW ended. He had a good look, good abilities, and I don't feel like he ever got much of a shot to be anybody. I think he attacked DrewMac on SD once and it never went anywhere.

I think Crowe/Callihan/Crane is probably the 'right' answer, but I picked Trent? because he's my favorite out of the people listed.
Though (and I know I'll take some heat for this), I did like Goldman's "What's Crackin'?" show on the Dotcom. It was a lot better than "Santino's Casa" and Matt Striker's "Best WWEek Worst WWEek".

Honestly, pretty much every guy ever was an "Indy guy" at some point. As such, this is too broad a question in my view.
Indy guys who never worked for WWE are clearly the answer, as they didn't sign them

Colt never even got a chance. Considering the huge name he made for himself on the indies immediately after that he's been able to sustain, WWE wildly missed the several boats with him.

Colt Cabana. I've little doubt he was buried to send a message to Punk.
If there was an other option, I would go for Kizarny. I know his ring work wasn't what people were used to, but given a real shot he could have provided some variety to the INCREDIBLY bland WWE roster at that time, but he was one of many developmental talents set up to fail.

Vince literally threw a temper tantrum and was pounding on the floor and screaming over how the fans didn't vote for who he wanted to win and thus ordered them to go out there and beat him down, thus leading to that debacle which killed all their careers.
And then after jobbing and burying him to teach the fans and everyone else a lesson, they fired Low Ki the day before Christmas.

KENTA. They changed his name, took away his finisher, then gave him zero character. On top of that, they stuck him in the ring with greenhorn rookies who injured him. He's still trying to recover from their complete botching of his debut.
