Okay, I see where they screwed up with the Sow name, but I can buy that this was in no way meant to be a slavery reference. I saw the pic and name and just thought farming jargon, but I can also understand how that could be attributed to slavery.

Well, there go the incessant Twitter trends calling for another season of the show even though they ended the show on their own accord.

This feels like the kind of thing that'll probably blow over sooner rather than later. Definitely dumb and shortsighted, but it doesn't read as malicious and they swiftly apologized.
There's definitely plenty of room to learn from this going forward but I've seen way worse shit that's been forgotten about than this.

Did that article really include a joke tweet about tracing art from Netossa (a character on the show) as something actually meant to be taken seriously? Like, the article is about a serious issue, but they should've done their due diligence with that one.

You know you can't cancel a show that already ended. This might hurt her in future projects, but as far as She Ra is concerned, it is over, it is done.

Clownfish TV must be having a party. They acted like the people behind She-Ra and The Princesses of Power f***ed up their BBQ and bullied their pets.
