Seriously WWE is on auto pilot and Vince seems to not care anymore. I really hope Vince changes his mind and steps down for the XFL. I feel Triple H has a better vision for today’s wrestling and would be able to be more creative and have more fan service then Vince does now. I don’t even watch raw and smackdown anymore, I only watch NXT which is way more enjoyable. I think Hunter would be more into having relationships with company’s like new Japan and ring of honor also. Anyone else it’s me?

I honestly feel like just about anyone would be better than Vince at his age right now. I'll take a tank filled with matinees.

Triple H would NOT be open to having relationships with New Japan and ROH, you kidding?
He's cut from the same mold as Vince. He'll sign all their best talent and let them die on the vine.

It sounds good now, but it will just suck in different ways.

I'm absolutely desperate for WWE to receive some kind of reboot. Not in the WCW sense but just a fresh outlook. It's so stale and it really does feel like everyone's going through the motions right now.
There used to be a summer doldrum until roughly the end of the year when WWE had an idea of what the WrestleMania matches would be. But it's seeped into the road to WM as well. This is honestly the least excited for the Rumble I've ever been in 18 years of watching.
I'll still be watching because usually the Rumble match is a lot of fun but it could be so much more entertaining to watch. I'm honestly more into ICW right now because it's more engaging, it feels real and feels more like it's catered to my sensibilities as a wrestling fan.
WWE has arguably the most talented in-ring roster I've ever seen, but I can't even get motivated to watch the matches anymore. Something has gone wrong backstage.
Vince is so out of touch with today's audience. It's obvious. A 75 year old man who always needed the final say over everything coming head first into contact with the social media generation. Where everyone has an opinion and will be more than glad to tell you if the show is good or not.
The Raw 25 deal has to be the crown moment of Vince's ineptitude at this point. I'm sorry but not realising that maybe your hardcore fans who spent $500 for their seat aren't going to be happy with the lack of action they got is breathtakingly arrogant and incredibly short-sighted.
HHH is not the messiah and he's definitely building up his smark cred with NXT, but man I'd just like to see what WWE with HHH's creative direction would be. I'm willing to bet it's much fresher than whatever Vince can think of.
Just have Stephanie run the business side of WWE and let HHH deal with the storylines, simple as.

Well he got Liger for a takeover, so I wouldn’t call it out of the question. Liger showing up for a one off when he's a legend that makes his own bookings is one thing. An actual working relationship with another promotion is way different. Its pipe dream thinking to expect Raw and Smackdown to transform into a bigger NXT when H has the company. Way too many masters to serve on cable broadcasted shows.

As f***ed up as it is, I feel this XFL shit might be what puts Vince in a casket. He's 75 years old, he was only sleeping 4hrs a night while just having WWE under him and now he's got this extra entity at his age. If it doesn't kill him then surely he'll be somewhat impacted by this that Hunter will have to take over.

Creatively, I think things will be a bit better but I'm not going to expect WWE to become the exact way I want it like my 2K18 Universe Mode or whatever. A lot of things will probably stay the same.

I mean they do loan people to some British promotions and EVOLVE from time to time and I highly doubt Vince spearheaded that.

HHH has shown tendencies that he really is no different than Vince especially when he speaks in interviews and that is probably the best benefit for the E with him inc charge is that HHH is great at saying just the right things to get those onboard with him but no matter what dude comes off like a snake in the grass that I would not trust with changing my car tires let alone running the E.
I personally would rather Shane in charge because I think of them all that Shane is the one most open to outside the box thinking and would bring the most creative change to a company that has needed it since yesterday.

Legitimately don't think it'd be all that different. In some minor booking ways, it might be; but the over-all business I don't think you'd notice anything.

I'm not sure. Takeovers are usually great shows, maybe because they're only 2 hours but weekly NXT is boring as f***.

I've read stuff from former writers, staff and even Meltzer that Shane was close or atleast hung around with Vince Russo in the 90s and he likes that style of booking. Pretty sure Meltzer brought it up when Shane came back and everyone wanted to know what Shane would do if he got WWE.
So for that and what Trips has done with NXT, it's easily Trips for me.

They have to restructure their booking philosophy and creative teams first.
Then go from there.

He's actually 72 and I really thought he was 75 years off based off something I read. Nothing I said was said in a joking manner, I'm being serious here. What's your deal?
