What utter tosh have you heard come out of the mouth of wrestlers on shoots and podcasts?
Let's keep it to wrestling at least though, so no wild Billy Jack conspiracies.
Inspired by one I heard on a clip of a Stevie Ray podcast. He was asked about the Goldberg/Regal match and suggested Regal was a guy who habitually refused to job and went into business for himself.
REGAL.
It just made me think "well if you'll say that, why believe anything else you say?"

Stevie Ray also referred to his brother as the greatest athlete in the history of wrestling, which is my choice for most egregious. Booker T was a very good athlete but nowhere near the top 20, let alone number 1.
I think Bruce Prichard is utterly full of it 75% of the time and never has a bad word to say about Triple H. He's had his fair share of BS too.

I came here specifically to mention him saying the Benoit incident happened because he found out that Daniel was Vince's child, after getting Nancy pregnant....at the time of WrestleMania I. Though he never did a shoot specifically, I'm sure we got tons we could get from Hogan alone.

Kevin Nash saying that Goldberg's plan after the Fingerpoke of Doom was derailed when Goldberg hurt his hand punching out a limo window, which didn't happen until a year after, and had nothing to do with the Goldberg failed push.

Ken Patera attempting to explain that someone else threw the rock through the McDonald's window and that the cops just pinned the whole thing on him is always an amusing listen.

Manny Fernandez going to Vietnam. While that particular claim by Manny is sad, it's one that can be hard to verify (or at least it was for decades until the modern information age); it's like the guy that has a girlfriend but you don't know her because she lives in another town. On the other hand, Manny STILL claiming to be the Manny Fernandez that played for the Dolphins in the NFL is much funnier and eye-roll worthy. I'm surprised he hasn't claimed to be this Manny Fernandez as well:

Dick Murdoch playing football at West Texas and not even being a part of the college, I have a hard time believing it myself.

Murdoch never went to West Texas true, but apparently the coaches liked him so much that they let him hang around as an unofficial mascot haha.

He also said that after his match with Abdullah, which was third on the card, that all the fans started leaving the building.

I seem to remember someone saying that he even managed to get on the field and play during an alumni game.

I'm reminded of a New Age Outlaws shoot where they ask what it was like working against the New Midnight Express.
Billy Gunn's response:
"We didn't work with the Midnight Express, me and Bart did."
So apparently Bart wrestled himself.
