Directly on Jerome basically since that’s where I live. University is up the hill which is a 5 min walk or so. or you could walk those long ass steps and then walk the other way which be a little longer but you wouldn’t have to walk the hill

I find it funny that people are making such a big deal out of the stairs when honestly you could probably cut that part from the movie entirely and miss nothing. While we're on that subject... {Spoiler}Seriously what is up with that part where he no-sells being hit by a car? What was the point of that?

Great illusion to continue to tack on the weight and stress of his life on him. And finally lead to the scene with him dancing down the stairs in full garb.

The stairs are also unusual looking enough to stick out as far as scenery goes. It isn't even leading to a library or an important building or anything. It's just this big ass staircase in an alley connecting two streets.

To be honest I forgot you even saw them besides the dancing part. Probably should see the movie again when it hits video, admittedly I went into it really tired so memory of the movie's on the foggy side.

The shot most engrained to me is where he’s looking up at them in dread (I’m sure something shitty had just happened) and the soundtrack is just grueling, long, torturous background for it. Thought they were used brilliantly.

They still out here taking pics in the rain This movie deserves credit for tricking people into burning calories. "Let's do the Joker pose! Just gotta climb 600 feet of stairs!"

I find it funny that people are making such a big deal out of the stairs when honestly you could probably cut that part from the movie entirely and miss nothing. People have been running up the stairs of the Art Museum for damn near fifty years now. This board brings up a spiral staircase every time WWE runs a show in Baltimore. People just love a good set of stairs.

"Joker" has become the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all-time, surpassing "Deadpool 2". ew.com/movies/2019/10/25/joker-highest-grossing-r-rated-film-ever/Also, while we're on the subject of Halloween costumes, I was at a costume party in Boston this weekend and a girl was dressed as a sexy version of the Joaquin Phoenix Joker.
