Quite nice that it was Liverpool who sent Mourinho and his bus away from the Premier League for good. It felt like he had left a curse over Anfield since the game that Gerrard slipped in.

I do find it quite amusing that in the last three jobs Mourinho has been fired from, he went out on a crushing defeat to a team managed by Jürgen Klopp.

Solskjær has been confirmed as United manager "on loan" from Molde until the end of the season.

Liverpool beat Wolves 2-0 to confirm they will be top at Christmas. Only once in the last nine seasons has the team top at Christmas not won the league. That was Liverpool in 2013/14 but this team to me looks like a far superior Liverpool team. I am starting to believe. City on January 3rd is looming large on the horizon. Newcastle & Arsenal to come before then though.

United looking like a completely different team from the one that's played for the past couple of seasons. Martial already looking like the player he was when we first bought him.
Even as someone who has great respect for Mourinho's achievements, good god was his brand of football awful.

After all our late goals so far this season, still shocked people were leaving the Norwich/Forest game at 90 mins. When will they learn?!

It's now the halfway point of the Premier League season & City lose again to drop to third, Spurs up to 2nd. Liverpool now 6 points clear on top. Also now Liverpool & City have the same goal difference which may end up being crucial at the back end of the season.

Go 3-2 up with 6 minutes to go - floodlight failure, match potential about to be abandoned.
OH COME ON!

Arsenal deserved to lose just for wearing that mint flavoured kit. It's horrible I hate it. Worst thing Arsenal did today was score. We pissed them off and never recovered.

I know I more or less said the same thing a few posts up, but just seeing how fast, fluid and composed United's attack has been in Solskjaer's first three games in charge, it astounds me that Mourinho had us purposely play so dismally.

It amazes me that some people are saying to bring someone like Roy Keane in, to "whip those primmadonnas into shape". Cuz yeah, the problem was Mourinho being to easy on them... It's not like Ole's a great manager, but these are players who need a but of support. Some of the rubbish you see written about Pogba being overrated is ridiculous, everywhere else he's amazing, scoring for fun the second he's not being browbeaten...

The tough guy Billy Big Balls manager type doesn't work anymore, especially with players making hundreds of thousands of pounds every week who can simply down tools and get rid of a problematic manager like Mourinho,
Managers have to be more sophisticated father figures who will hug and coddle their players to get the best out of them, like Klopp, Poch, and Pep.

Yeah, I think a lot of people have it in their head that Fergie was some untouchable, "my way or the highway" tyrant based on a couple of incidents and the "hairdryer" treatment and that's what they need. Forgetting that the est of the time he was very much a father figure, personally checking in with players, handling youngsters coming through with kid gloves until they were ready etc.
