With Shera Shufflemaster getting the boot from NXT this week, the thread about him keeps referring to him having nothing going as a pro wrestler except "weird charisma"
I get what's being said. Shera was awful in the ring, had zero psychology, was stumbling and awkward, couldn't cut a promo, could get so lost in the ring he would find himself in Albuquerque, but he had this one intangible to him that people couldn't help but like. Lots of wrestlers have that weird charisma - Sid to a great degree is famous for it - but few possess ONLY it and nothing else. Sid had his size and look, and a presence unlike many others, with a conviction that carried across well. Shera...not so much.
So what wrestlers out there would you say had absolutely zero going for them - talent, gimmick, mic skills, even a unique look - but have that one "weird charisma" intangible that makes you can't help but like them?

Mongo.
He couldn’t wrestle. He couldn’t talk. Apparently he could only walk and look cool.

Fallah Bahh in TNA
He can wrestle better than Shera but as a one dimensional character and at his weight he has their weird charisma around him that makes you like him

Sandman.
Sandman himself admits that his whole career is a dog and pony show.
He was so awful and unsafe in the ring that even Mick Foley told Heyman that he would never work a match with Sandman again. The same Mick Foley who had no problem getting killed by Vader.
His voice is high pitched and annoying, he can’t cut a promo.
The only thing he adds is the crowd singing Enter Sandman. He’s a total waste of space if you really think about it.

When the novelty of the Great Khali's size wore off and eventually became a detriment because he looked his limbs wouldn't bend at all, his charm got him through another three to five years of his WWE career.

How about Gangrel? He wasn't much in the ring, laughable on the mic, and looked like a pudgy, middle-aged porn star, but he still had enough presence to come across as a memorable character.

Enzo. I wasn’t a fan personally, but I can see why he had a following.

Enzo. I wasn’t a fan personally, but I can see why he had a following. he had also the mic skills,he coudl talk circles around anyone. I think that falls outside of Weird Charisma. It is like Jeff,he has the weird charisma but he also has the crazy high flying moves For this thread I will say Ricky Ortiz

I mean it's kinda obvious, but Jeff. I'd even argue he doesn't have a necessarily unique look (past his own accessory designs). Never close to a ring technician. To this day his promos make me wanna jam Q-tips in my ears. But the dudes got a strange charisma to him closely tied to his personality.

Heidenreich.
There's really no reason anyone should have given a solitary shit about him after he was released. But somehow we still cared that time he wrestled a Doink in a carpark.

Snitsky was a middling talent in the ring with the exact opposite of "the look." But it wasn't his fault, so...

Jeff is competent, Khali and Shera have problems moving.

Gangrel had that "weird charisma", Kevin Thorn didn't. Gangrel is remembered somewhat fondly, Kevin is remembered as a joke.

Kurrgan is absolutely a guy who belongs on this list. As I've said before, if he could've wrestled a lick, he'd have been a star with his look and body language.

Mable/Viscera/Big Daddy V.
He was useless but his weird charisma got him employed for a decade.
