Dude was on his best behavior ever and had no problems working with anyone and because the fans like him instead of Alex Riley, Vince decides to kill the careers of eight guys.

f*** low Ki. Dude is a major asshole who thinks he’s the second coming. He’s bland as shit. Putting him with layCool was getting him over I remember thinking it was a burial at the time, but as time went on I thought the Laycool/Kaval pairing was great in that he was paired up with two heels that were rooting for him.

If he were in NXT today he would have gotten a Solomon Crowe tier run for being an absolute nightmare to work with. Man, hasn’t time not been kind to that guy. Think of back in 2014-2015 when we were all “WHEN IS THIS GUY GOING TO GET A F***ING CHANCE?”, and then he finally gets his TV run, it doesn’t click and he gets cut... And then it turns out he’s not of great repute anyway. You mean Crowe? That guy is incredible. He's like Dean Ambrose but better.

He has a great voice but could never cut a promo or show emotion.
Like Sabu he innovated a style of wrestling that’s still being used today, unfortunately just like Sabu, Low Ki hates losing fake wrestling matches. Like Sabu, if Low Ki gets mad he just quits and burns his bridge on the company.
Despite having a similar grappling and striking style, Daniel Bryan is considered a very safe worker, while Low Ki is so unsafe that he has a history of knocking out his opponents.
Low Ki is also crazy. Other than the seminar scam, he legit asked more money so he could set up a training camp for his fake wrestling match against Matt Riddle. Low Ki then kept the money and no showed that event.
Because of those reasons, Kaval was never gonna achieve anything in the wwe.

And in fairness to Kaval, the interview about it I saw he said he actually thought this was a good pairing too and he enjoyed it. Obviously not necessarily a trustworthy sort to listen to, but you know.

So that's why he's in TNA hanging out with two bums and is going to win the gooker this year.

Dude is sociopath to the point of scam artist. Remember when he withdrew last minute from a show Mania weekend, only to explain what happened via "Webinar?" And then used the attention to try to con viewers into a motivational speaking webinar? While, yes, he's very talented and, yes, WWE did seem to cut his legs out from under him, there's something fundamentally wrong and unsettling with the way he conducts business and has acted before and since that casts a fog over the whole affair. If anything, him with LayCool seemed to help him find his way and was the most promising he'd been. In hindsight, imagine giving a prominent spot in your company to someone who would make this video: https://www.instagram.com/p/Bhzw50hgEnb EDIT: Found it, watch this sociopath - He sounds like Dave Chappelle’s white news anchor voice.

Remember Tyler Reks? That was fun. In fairness, it actually looked like they wanted to push Reks at that time. Having him job to Chavo, though, who was toxic after the Hornswoggle feud...

I feel like he never was going to amount to anything just because Low Ki always flames out sooner rather than later. And I've really never gotten his appeal anyway to be honest.

I don't know what is going on in TNA but judging anybody by their TNA work is a massive disservice to them. In Lucha Underground the guy is booked like a complete star and is an incredible heel.

holy crap those videos...if nobody provided to me the context prior to watching these I would have thought he was testing out a new heel gimmick.

Literally the first thing I thought of when I watched the videos. Second thing was “oh right, this is why Low Ki shouldn’t cut promos”

Sabu I get him being difficult to do business with because his uncle The Sheik taught him to be like that, but what the f*** is Low Ki’s excuse for refusing to lose fake wrestling matches?
