Ambrose might have played this wrong. By simply saying he doesn't want to sign anything and breaking off negotiations WWE is now free to job him and bury him as hard as humanly possible for the next 3 months. That's what they will do I would imagine. As they should. If this isn’t a weird, worked storyline for Mania, they shouldn’t book him to win as that’ll get people to doubt his return and his fan base to get their hopes up that he really isn’t leaving. Moreso than they already are. He may care about his work, but I’m sure that he’s knowledgeable of these types of situations, especially when you’re leaving the company on what seems to be good terms. The wwe really isn’t as evil as they seem. Let's also remember: the guy isn't refusing to work and sitting at home during these next months. He's being professional about it and honoring his house show dates and TV. They may not like the fact he's not renewing his contract, but they can utilize a good hand while they still have him to push their next stars.

Dean can put that person over & finish up on a high note. They’ll probably have him job to Tamina.

Indie feds don't give a shit about you jobbing on your way out the door, that's a different universe. The guy booking ROH or whatever is not Eric Bischoff, he's not going to judge you for having jobbed. This shit is fake, mang.

I’ll sunmerize it this way; PAC hadn’t been on WWE TV in a year when he was released. An announced match between him and Will Ospreay sold out York Hall in minutes. Minutes. TV perception means jack shit in 2019.

Neville wasn't out there jobbing to Nia Jax or something idiotic every week though. He was just not on TV at all. Not being on TV makes fans wonder where you are and want to see you again. Being buried week in, week out on TV is far worse.

Being buried week in, week out on TV is far worse. In a climate where people are ready to read into anything that happens on TV and look for narratives, being mercilessly buried on TV while he leaves because of creative unfulfilment is not going to crash his stock, it's going to raise it. If he goes anywhere else, that support is going to carry as he's viewed as a victim of WWE attempt to crush a top guy over petty nonsense.

There’s a reason why, for example, people are always surprised the Colons are still employed after all these years.

As soon as the WWC footage deal is complete and they have the physical library in their hands, I don't think the Colons will be long for the roster.

Unless AEW’s scared them that much, which would be a turnabout for the books.

Fun fact, that same weekend, PAC’ll make his OTT debut in Dublin against the present world champion there, WALTER.

Now that WALTER is in WWE, I wonder how long he’s keeping the OTT Championship... Rumour is his contract is more of a freelance one, where he can travel where he wants on any promotion and appear in NXT UK shows along with that, mostly because he has no intention of living in America long term. But with the story they’re building, he’ll probably lose it on the big show Paddy’s Day weekend.

Apparently at the house show tonight there was a Fatal-4-Way between Ambrose, Balor, Lashley and McIntyre and Ambrose was working as a face. Hmmm...

Unless they are just going to have some heel they want to push like McIntyre injure him to write him out. Do you know if he took the pin? That could be an indicator if the rumors are true or if this is just a work.

I mean, for a variety of reasons, but sticking to in terms of credibility at the moment.

Rollins was scheduled to be there tonight but he wasn't so I'm guessing that's why Ambrose was in the match.

Took the pin and was probably just made a default face to fill in for Rollins. I am worried now a little bit with Rollins with him not being there. Hpe he isn't injured or anything.

I mean,Enzo never won cleanly,if he pinned someone was because he cheated. In that case I would choose Enzo. His character thrived in being a slimy cheater and made the opponent look good too.
