One of the songs from Excellent Adventure was In Time from “Robbi Robb”. Some of the lyrics to that track are as follows Our dreams Will all come true I promise you Cause I can see For miles and miles It’ll take time But we’re going far You and me Yes I know we are In time We’ll be dancing in the streets all night That CAN’T be a coincidence, right? That’s the overall premise of the movie predicted by the most famous track from the first movie. I'm just glad "Two Heads Are Better Than One" wasn't their prophetic song. I mean, if people want to be in a thruple that's cool, but that wasn't what Bill and Ted were about.

I watched if tonight
I don’t know if I’d say it was excellent! but I enjoyed it
The only part I didn’t like was when they had the daughters retconned to be the ones who “wrote” the song that unites the world and it’s just because it’s a trend I’ve noticed when they bring back old characters and then they turn it over to the new generation of characters (Indy, Ghostbusters)......like just let the classic characters who we are here to see handle it sort of thing.
Now having said that, this is not a criticism of Billie & Thea. They were very entertaining characters and the actresses did a very enjoyable and beliveable job of being the daughters. It’s also not a comparison of Indiana Jones etc to this movie because I did enjoy this movie quite a lot. Just that trend annoyed me
Personally I wouldn’t have minded Bill & Ted meeting a couple of more versions of themselves too ha

Just saw this at a local theater--bonus, I was the only one in there so it was like a private screening. A lot of fun. Just a silly, light little movie that you can tell Alex and Keanu had fun making.

I just saw this, and that’s how I’d describe it. It’s a goofy and good natured comedy that newcomers and fans of the first two would easily get into.

So according to reports, the movie has made $32 million on VOD and given that MGM only bought the distribution rights for next to nothing, it sounds like this is going to make a profit.
For a movie that has taken eons to get off the ground, for it to do well, and get solid reviews, it's one of the bright spots of the 2020 movie season.
