That and the we had to tell the audience that the Doctor was seeing those policeman scenes because we didn't bother showing her reacting to them nor do any tricks like fade back onto her face. Were the biggest problems I had with the last episodes (also for a two parter it seemed like a whole lot of nothing happened) The big twist I'm fine with it doesn't actually change that much it adds more hidden doctors through time but they even kinda said it doesn't matter in the show. Secondly it's a terrible idea trying to put any continuity into DW. They constantly contradict themselves... and the things they contradict contradict other things. So if you really hate this idea... wait like a series they'll stop mentioning it until they come up with something else Yeah pretty much. Personally, I enjoyed the hell out of it but Yeeeeah, there were some major holes and hoops to jump through. Though I do have one question. How does Ruth Doctor have a Police Box Tardis if the "First" Doctor said he got the chameleon circuit stuck on it. Like, were his memories altered to believe that, though how did Susan not call him on that, or...Yeah, this causes so many plot holes. I blame Smith for blowing up reality and restarting it, caused a lot of bugs. Reality needs tech support at this point.

Consolidate ratings for the finale over a seven day period in Britain was 4.69m, meaning Jodie is now drawing less viewers than Capaldi.

Sure was nice of BBC America to run a Star Trek: The Next Generation marathon when they could've been showing "Rose" instead.

All these little extra stories and videos have been great. The circumstances leading to it with the virus are awful, and this has helped raise the spirits of a lot of the fans.
Betting that Sarah Jane one is going to be heartbreaking but lovely. You know RTD will have done the show and Elisabeth Sladen proud.

Overall, quite a lovely tribute to both Sarah Jane and Elizabeth Sladen.
Given RTD wrote it, I'm choosing to regard that mention of the "nice couple from Australia, Tegan & Nyssa" is as canon as it gets.
