Hardy had this tease..
But Raven ACTUALLY was there next to the Dark Order.

Raven doesn't look like the Raven I want Raven to be and Raven hasn't looked like the Raven I want Raven to be since about 2000.

I'm a lot more partial to the idea of Raven than I am Matt Hardy. I do want Matt in AEW, but I don't think he really fits the group, and he'd potentially overshadow Uno and Grayson while Raven would be a lot more able to step into kind of a manager position.
That said Raven being right behind them and the, "The Exalted One is near," line feels like very, very intentional foreshadowing. For that matter he has history with Kazarian you could potentially beat around the bush about in regards to the SCU obsession.

Loved the Raven tease, red herring or not.
Honestly, the whole thing is over-the-top enough (in a good way) that I'm prepared to accept any of the popular theories, and probably a number of ones nobody has thought of. When the premise is sufficiently cheesy, you can away with "moon logic" to a degree, and the Dark Order definitely has one foot planted in Dungeon of Doom territory.
If it ends up being Hardy, I'm sure there'll be some batshit insane explanation that twists things around to make it work.

I still want Matt to come to AEW, if only for "Being the Delete" to be a thing, but if Raven's the Exalted One, I can certainly be down for that.

My number one pick(Marty) is out so at this point I'm open for any crazy idea.

While Raven would be a cool old school choice, I think it'll be Matt.

I'm all for continuity in most cases, but I think reminding people of Serotonin, one of the worst factions in TNA (which is saying something), is a bit much. Although, it's funny that Serotonin actually lives on all these years, because it's the reason why Kazarian is sometimes nicknamed "Kaz."

I think Matt's going to AEW regardless, exalted one or not, because he will be over instantly and can fit anywhere and add a lot more social media awareness to the brand as well.
Raven wouldn't be a bad pick either, I mean, dude's a master as cults...

I don't want it to be either of them. I would have liked Uno to have been kept as the leader, instead of turning it into Ministry 2.0. I get why people are excited for the reveal, but there being a higher power who Uno answers to has cooled me on the group as a whole. To me, they were more badass when they were just a cult that preyed on the weak, as opposed to a big conspiracy to take down The Elite.

I am fine with it because it makes sense that someone "changed" the Smash Bros into becoming what they are, and it gives them resources. Plus, I think it'd be fun to see Uno seize power, anyway, if he decides to.

Evil Uno being the leader doesn't jive with the story since the start, which is that the hiatus the Smash Bros had in the middle of the decade (Due to visa issues iirc) was actually caused by these guys being corrupted by some outside force, which they are in AEW as the vanguard of. It is literally a cult that preys on the weak, it's just that included within the weak is a down on its luck 2013 indie tag team.

I kind of just..want it to be Matt at this point. I think he’s got more than enough of a persona, and we could see him really tap into the “broken” thing that gave him such notoriety in impact, that we all knew would never/couldn’t be capitalized in WWE. And that pop..would just be insane at him being revealed.
That being said, I’m open for shenanigans or it being somebody else. They keep throwing Daniels name out there and I thought to myself, it seems so obvious, maybe he’s not the Exalted one, but maybe he ends up joining regardless? I dunno but they’ve got me hooked.

Raven as a mouth piece would be fine. I don't see the appeal in Matt Hardy in this role. At this point people expect him to do the silly delete stuff but to make this work he would have to go back to his S.C.U.M time in ROH. I still hope the exalted one is more of an ass kicker who is actually a threat more than just a manager.
