Honestly if I was Kairi I would just refuse to wrestle with Nia,professionalism be damned, it isnt professional to injury her two times in a row.

That should be setting alarm bells going off in everyone's head that Nia is intentionally trying to hurt her.
Once is an accident, Twice is bad luck, the Third time? Yeah something's screwy going on here.

Kairi is 5'1 and 115 lbs, which I think puts her at the smaller end of the women's division. Continuing to put her in matches with Nia Jax, who seemingly has no idea how to adjust to working with someone that small, is negligence not just on Nia's part, but WWE's part.

I've usually been a Nia defender, but especially since she returned she's gotten somehow even worse and even more reckless.

I just watched the clip for myself and yeah I really don't see how you could not say that is totally Nia's fault. That was brutal, good god. Something has to be done. This is a well-documented pattern with Nia. I am really curious if there is any drama backstage over this. I know Nia is well liked but I can't fathom that no one has complained about this.

It just looks like she's never seen a spot where someone's thrown into the steps. That's not at all how you should do it. Yeah it's like she's not been taught how to do it. Like someone said "ok so then you throw her into the steps.." and she's like Oh I'll throw her alright! She just gripped her hair and legit threw her into the stairs like she thought they were pillows. Even watch when she pushed Kairi into the crate backstage a couple of weeks ago. Brute force and not "working" it at all. Also supposedly hurting R Truth in a similar way at the Rumble doing the same thing. It's like she thinks everything is an inflatable prop and not actually hard.

The thought had crossed my mind of "Jesus Christ did Kairi f*** Nia's husband or something??!?" since seeing the incident last night. Odds are it's not something like that, but you kind ask questions when it's happening with such frequency. It's scary

When a crap worker remains crappy after 6 years, and is habitually injuring other performers due to her carelessness, it's time to cut your loses. Let Nia get some seasoning elsewhere if she isn't capable of being taught how to safely work in the WWE.
If they're that worried about her being related to Rock, then find anything else for her to do. Hell, I'll give you an idea for free: an online interview segment called "MIA with Nia." Have her interview wrestlers recovering from injuries(irony), or performers whom haven't been seen on television for a while. I just came up with that, and it could save Kairi's career. Your move WWE.

There are rumors she was well liked, but I know she appeared on Paige's twitch stream in the past few months and talked trash about Ronda and other aspects. And the other women in that call looked really uncomfortable. Renee actually ended up leaving.

So. Nia either A. didn't give enough space in the let go before Kairi could throw her hands up to protect herself or B. you don't grab somebody by the hair for that spot, you just kind of gently push them giving the illusion of a throw. Somebody who actually has in-ring experience could answer better than I could.
Either way... DON'T DO SOMETHING IF YOU CAN'T DO IT SAFELY.

She's reckless in the ring and arrogant about her injury-causing mistakes online to "stir up heat"
She's a PoS for the latter - and at this point, has no excuse for the former.

Why on earth do they keep putting these two together? Kari Sane must be seconds away from asking Nia if she's "Dumb as f***"

I still think the real change won't happen until people start refusing to work with her. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that what initially hurt Vader in the WWF?

Continuing to put her in matches with Nia Jax, who seemingly has no idea how to adjust to working with someone that small, is negligence not just on Nia's part, but WWE's part. If people want to see a good Kairi match where she takes on someone much larger, look at her matches in STARDOM with Viper, now NXT: UK's Piper Niven. Then again, Viper is actually good in the ring, which helps.

Nia's just had too many of these incidents where you can't give her the benefit of the doubt anymore. She doesn't know her own strength and how to control it for spots. It's lead to several women getting hurt and sometimes missing key significant time like Becky at the peak rise of her push. And it almost lead to severe injury in other places like that Charlotte match.
I don't think it's intentional, I just think Nia has no clue how to safely work, especially with smaller wrestlers, period. I don't know if there's anything that can be done about it either, as said, Nia is 36, she's coming off some severe injuries herself. It might be a matter of making a decision or waiting for something even worse to happen if she keeps working this stiff and sloppy.
I know RAW doesn't have an abundance of women right now, but if I'm them, I'm having Asuka shelf her for a bit and at least TRY and fix these issues, because if it can't be fixed, I don't think you can keep risking these injuries. And if I'm Sane, if they ever book me in a match with Nia again, I'm requesting my release.
