She's hurt a lot of people, but I don't want anyone to lose their job. Write her off TV with an injury and have her train. She was called up very quickly from NXT and I think that has hurt her.

I said in the previous thread about this that maybe it'd be better if Nia just went full on for intergender wrestling where there wouldn't be as much of a size difference between her and male members of the roster and her most entertaining work (in my opinion) has been her intergender stuff, but after seeing the way she just flattens Rey with enough force that Otis is feeling it, maybe switching the genders of her opponents wouldn't do anything to make sure that she doesn't injure people? Didn't she hurt R-Truth at the Rumble last year though? An unsafe worker is an unsafe worker. Just about any guy would've been busted open as well if they were thrown into the steps like that. Hmm; exclusive size-/weight-class divisions? Perhaps this is why Big Show exclusively feuded with strip malls later in his career.

Alvarez discussed this the other day. Basically stating what most are saying and that Nia needs to go back to the PC to train because there's just too many injuries with her. And at some point you cannot just say accidents happen because the injuries have come from a variety of ways and it means either A)Nia doesn't know what she is doing or B) She doesn't care but neither is good.
I'm not a huge Nia fan but I dont hate her. Cannot deny at one point she was insanely over. However at the same time, I do agree that you cannot keep brushing off injuries either

If she causes a career ending injury, those people lose their job. Cut the middleman and fire the spazzy samoan lady.

For the record I do not think Nia should be fired. I think being taken off TV and working on things is fine. Hell if they want to keep her on TV just keep everything very very simple. The size difference for most of her opponents is enough to still garner her heat.... but I think that is a short term fix.
Long term she still has to work on basics. And honestly had Becky not gotten as over as she did accidently I think Nia would have been punished for hurting Becky. I still kind of think Vince was semi hoping that the crowd would fully get behind Charlotte so Becky could go to back burner again

Write her off TV with an injury and have her train. Considering Nia hurting people has been a known, long-standing problem and she's only recently returned after being off TV for a year recovering from double knee surgery, it makes me wonder if anybody tried to address it during her recovery.

While it's not incredibly offensive in the US, it is very much so elsewhere.

Not to mention there isn’t really a PC at the moment since that’s all being used for TV tapings.

Sending her back to the PC would require her caring about getting better.
She hasn't shown that she gives one iota of a crap about improving. So, sending her back to the performance center would just be a waste.

I'd suggest making her a heavy for someone else. Reduce her in-ring time significantly, and just make her generic outside muscle. Asuka can squash her at the PPV, and then have her align with whoever's next in line.

There’s like 500 other hoss style women wrestlers who would be better than her at this point.
She can’t even look scary. She can’t emote correctly and I would know, I use 😃 when I’m in danger, like when I live in the united states on a daily basis. She injures everyone constantly.
Her theme music is irritating. Her stance? Wack. Her gear? Wack. Her gimmick? Wack.
Kairi? She’s tight as ****. Stop letting Nia hurt people.

Asuka can squash her at the PPV, and then have her align with whoever's next in line. I'm not sure that would change much tbh. Being a bodyguard or whatever doesn't make her any safer. Dragging someone out of the ring and throwing them into the steps like the Kairi incident is exactly the kind of thing an enforcer would be asked to do.

If WWE was a regular company.......
I could see them taking leniency on Nia injuring other wrestlers if they see value in Nia. Which they might. Anyone who’s worked for a big company have come across people like this where you think “This person is completely incompetent. How do they still have a job?” and it turns out they have some skillset that is valuable. Or there’s something else at play.
If the same person, making the same mistakes, has no value and could easily be replaced, you can bet there’s going to be a different person sitting in that desk the next week.
The question is, What is Nia’s value to the company?

Stephanie McMahon is into social progressiveism and has utilized Nia towards that end in the past. Perhaps it would be in bad taste to speculate on the specifics and so I won't, but I would not be surprised if Stephanie had something to do with the blind eye being turned repeatedly towards Nia's issues.

I mean I don't want anyone to lose their job but if she injures other people it could end THEIR careers which is hardly fair and a really bad look considering she already has a history of injuring people. In most places of employment, if you regularly endanger the physical well being of your coworkers you get let go.
