Cass was the definition of average, but if Enzo didn't have his head up his ass and started listening to people on how to become a better wrestler he could've been the biggest star they had. One of the biggest wastes of potential i've seen in a while. Both Enzo and Big Cass needed to be throw out the barber shop window.

I remember seeing Cass in the fatal 4 way for the title vs Owens/Reigns/Rollins and thinking he actually looked like he belonged. He was never going to be a mega star, but he had the potential to be a solid, credible midcarder. The ACL thing happened at the worst possible time, and once he came back, he seemed to have his head somewhere else Enzo going to 205 live was awesome and he really found his stride. Then.....well.....you know Too bad both guys are complete tool bags. If I had to give one of the two a chance, I'd go with Cass for sure. His bagage isn't as heavy and most of his issues are probably alcohol and mental health related. He could get those issues in check and become a decent guy if he wants the help. Enzo is just not worth it. Cass, I think, has also at least admitted that he was at fault for what happened in WWE. He at least seems capable of some personal growth

They were incredibly over. Over to the point that I would be chanted at in non-wrestling venues wearing the original Enzo and Cass shirt. I am still disappointed that they were split up.
It's a shame that both of them were dunderheads...

To be fair to Cass, I'd stop listening too if I were stuck in a feud with Big Show. It's not often that anyone comes out of a feud with him not looking like complete shit.

Now I want a DVD documentary on this whole thing, complete with CFO$ detailing how they came up with their entrance themes.

That more less is what I expected to hear. At the time it looked like two dudes drank too much of their own kool aid and pissed away their opportunities. Also, never forget: Big ass eat balls

Enzo doesn't have that excuse, he's just an asshole.

I mean, Cass blew a lucrative career, but he DID get to beat up a midget.
Gotta stay true to yourself, man.

Enzo doesn't have that excuse, he's just an asshole. I mean, some of the most self destructive assholes are also not right in the head. I know nothing about either of these guys, to be honest, but if the guy torpedoed his own career like this he might have also had issues that are not being resolved.

I like how Arn refers to Show as âThe Giantâ like heâs still stuck in WCW circa 1996.

Itâs remarkable how over these guys were, and how quickly they flamed out.

With Cass, I'm sure his mental health issues and addictions really played into things, too. Enzo is just an asshole.

Yeah, I think Enzo's just a good ol' fashioned egomaniac.

Think a side thing of Enzo, to add to his other issues, would be the fact Vince loved him. So someone trying to tell him to tone it down likely wouldnât work because, well, if the boss loves what youâre doing, are you going to listen to the lackyâs advice, even if that lacky is Arn Anderson? I mean, most of us would but most of us arenât Enzo, thank God.
Also likely why Enzo was so quickly suspended and then fired from the company. That love Vince would have for you can only goes so far and when that trust is gone, itâs gone.
All speculation on my end, though.

If Arn indicates that Cass being a clown about his feud with Show, then I take it to heart. Arn was Cenaâs producer. If he had written someone off, then everyone probably did. If Cass cooperates with the Big Show program, someone would have likely stuck up for them & tried to keep them together as a team.

Itâs remarkable how over these guys were, and how quickly they flamed out. When you compare how over they were during their debut in 2016 to how the fans in MSG reacted to them only 3 years later - night and day. They managed to piss away all their goodwill in front and behind the camera.

did he get into any other specifics at all about the Cass/Big Show feud? I'm curious exactly what Cass was griping or being uncooperative about
it says Big Show was gonna put him over, so I assume he's not bitching about jobbing
