See, I really don’t understand why the inverse isn’t as popular.
With me, Rey Mysterio during that period where he was going over every big guy and Kane sold for him.
Also Cena and Cody during their super-face runs, Becky Lynch when she walked around with a crown, Adam Rose, LayCool (I remember some folks being bugged by them but they were fun), Deuce & Domino (ditto), Usos with war paint, the Boogeyman making people eat worms.

Buff Bagwell. He was unique because I wanted to see him getting his ass kicked, but not in the Honky Tonk Man or Disco Inferno way. All three obnoxious, all three entertaining, but Bagwell didn't annoy me.

I'm a Randy Orton fan! There are brief periods where everyone likes him for a while but most of the time I'm in the minority.

The Miz. Then. Now. Forever. He was on a reality show you know? Get the frick over it already.
Also currently Drew I guess. I get the complaints about his booking the sword and all that rubbish fine. The fact he hasn’t been WWE champion or Universal for almost a year now is strange to me the guy is an absolute star.

Nasty Boys - I honestly found them fun in there heyday whether the more cartoonish wwf run or the rougher runs in wcw. I genuinely like the Honky Tonk Man for being such an over the top obnoxious character. Not sure if people found them annoying but I enjoyed watching The Highlanders, kind of disappointed they didn't go anywhere. Buff Bagwell. He was unique because I wanted to see him getting his ass kicked, but not in the Honky Tonk Man or Disco Inferno way. All three obnoxious, all three entertaining, but Bagwell didn't annoy me. Always had time for Buff Bagwell his finisher was great, heck I was rooting for him to get his own back on Scott Steiner in there feud.

Everyone always busts on him being a light worker, but he's still a really entertaining character and always gets the story across well.

The Miz. Then. Now. Forever. He was on a reality show you know? Get the frick over it already. This is my answer. The funny part is that the reality show knock isn't the dunk on him people think it is. I'll argue that few people have had to work harder to not only make it, but to be taken seriously and establish a spot over a long career. That he's accomplished so much and is still here 15(!) years later is a testament to the level of drive the guy has

X-Pac. From when he came back to WWF in 98 he was my guy, while everyone else was into Rock and Austin. Even after DX he was still my favourite and into X-Factor, I even liked the theme. And I marked when he came back for the nWo briefly. Could never understand the "go-away heat" when I started being online and reading about how much people didn't like him.

Rey Mysterio, the man is a legend and one of the best in ring performers and babyfaces of all time in my book that it saddens me when people tend to knock him a lot.

Have always been a fan of Miz. I remember this place being super down on him during his first WWE title run.

I also came here to say Miz. My favorite act in WWE for many years. Guess there are more of us Miz fans than I thought.
Also really liked Vladimir Kozlov in his initial white trunks run.

The Misfits in Action. As a unit, and all of them individually.
I didn't like Hugh Morrus' new name General Rection, but the commentors almost never used it. I liked seeing Lash LeRoux and Chavo Jr. get to do something, I always had a soft spot for Hammer for some reason (okay because he looked totally badass as a part of The Flock and I missed his terrible early 90s run), and if Nitro had been nothing but Major Gunns walking around, I'd have never missed an episode. I didn't think the military thing was stupid because the idea of the tenured midcarders doing something loud and over the top to get some attention made sense.

Jinder Mahal. Always. I actually enjoyed all of his divisive WWE Title reign and even his return feud with Drew where he brought along VEER & Shanky

The Bushwhackers and IRS from back in the day. I know they're not universally hated but I'd say at least as many people dislike them as like them.
Currently, Tony Nese is the first to come to mind.

Queen Debra. Yes, her WCW persona, which I always found superior to the whole Puppies thing. She was supposed to be annoying and I think she was funny as the ditzy gossip who thought she was so much better than Woman.

I was a big fan of Bagwell and Jarrett in WCW, though my only other wrestling fan friend couldn't stand them.
Mind you, hardly anyone speaks fondly of circa 2000 Jarrett.
