Zack Ryder post-US title win, especially the involvement with the Cena/Kane feud. There were just way too many moments to mention individually, but that whole thing was a punishment for getting himself over, and you'll never convince me otherwise.

That Carlito and Hornswoggle skit.
Marc Mero and Jacqueline during the Sable feud, I just remember starting to watching wrestling the summer of 98 and wondering how the two of them came off as bumbling idiots getting punked out by Sable every week

Triple H not hitting Ted DiBiase on the apron cause that would mean Triple H gets himself disqualified somehow.

Not many people suffer a career wounding blow by beating AJ Styles in an undisputed title match but Magnus managed it by relying on a ridiculous amount of interference even by the standards of a cowardly heel.
It didn't help that TNA was in a sharp decline at this time (perhaps his push would have gone better a few years earlier or later) but Magnus was mocked both in and out of kayfabe for being such a weakly booked champion, dropped the belt to Eric Young soon afterwards and messed around with looney toon compatriot Bram as friend and foe in the mid card before leaving the company. He's had a decent career since although neither of the top two companies have ever shown much interest in him and I think there's an untold story there.

The "car accident" promo from Matt Hardy hurt him so damn much. Come to think of it, I believe this might be near the top of the list since, unlike many other examples, this was pretty much self-inflicted.

The last match Sting had in TNA was a title match against Magnus, and it was basically a carbon copy of that match, right down to Bobby Roode hitting a Death Valley Driver giving Magnus the win. I would put that match as worse than the Styles one because Sting in kayfabe could never challenge for the title again after losing to Bully Ray.

Toni Storm was goobered so bad with the Pie in the Face stuff and then the subsequent losses to Charlotte that she quit the company.
Even before that she was losing quick matches and the WILD CHILD OF THE 80's stuff was super cringe.

Billy Gunn getting himself kicked out of DX by insulting Triple H just because he didn't want Gunn wrestling with an injured shoulder

That Carlito and Hornswoggle skit. Marc Mero and Jacqueline during the Sable feud, I just remember starting to watching wrestling the summer of 98 and wondering how the two of them came off as bumbling idiots getting punked out by Sable every week It made Marc look like one IRL too...as it looked like he was going back on his "beliefs" that supposedly led him to fall out with WCW (he was upset that he had to explain why he was with Kimberly as Johnny B. Badd, and not his real wife) Actually, OP...are we doing kayfabe moments or real life ones? Or both?

Granted, not short of the latter either, but the former is a bit more light-hearted.

Not his fault, but Austin's "pin" of Owen at SummerSlam '97 when he could barely move made both guys look ridiculous and was an embarrassing blip in Austin's badass mystique.
Rock started to go goober for a while there with his forced attempts at getting pie and strudel over.

Rock started to go goober for a while there with his forced attempts at getting pie and strudel over. In regards to the first one, it really exposed the business. As far as the second one goes, it was over as far as I know, at least with the school I went to. I had several guys make jokes to our math teacher asking if he liked strudel(he said he didn't).
