By that, I mean guys who don't have an overly spectacular in-ring style and stick to the basics, but what they do, they do well, and it always looks crisp.
Examples of guys I'm talking about would be Jake Roberts, Kane, Jerry Lawler, etc., who coincidentally happen to be my picks for this.

I would think Tito Santana falls in this category.

Arn Anderson was the first person I thought of. The spinebuster was really the one big standout thing he did. Everything else was "normal" wrestling but done exceptionally well.

It feels weird to label him as such given the stable he was a part of, but it's a big part of Arn Anderson's appeal to me; the guy rarely did anything out of this world in terms of moves or whatever, but holy shit did he make it all look like it hurt. Jinx Arn not only did basic things exceptionally well, he pretty much made it part of his gimmick. He didn't need to do much (hell, on his own podcast he said he never did a dropkick because his sucked) because he'd whoop your ass without it. Didn't call him "The Enforcer" for nothing.

Another one for Arn Anderson.
He wasn’t flashy, he wasn’t muscular, he wasn’t quick but he made everything look so effortless yet meaningful.

Arn Anderson is going to be the first to come to anyone's mind when someone says "potato".
But I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Greg Valentine. People complain about him but I enjoyed his selling and thought he was solid.

Once every year or two he'll do something spectacular (usually an RKO counter like the one vs. Evan Bourne or on Seth Rollins at WM31) but for the most part I think this describes Randy Orton.

I don’t think Lawler fits into this category.

Okay
So saying they are not flamboyant in move choices does not mean they are not flamboyant in personality
So I vote Flair. I can barely name four moves he does. And that's not a criticism. Ditto Hogan. In the US at least they didn't even have potatoes!

I've seen a lot of Flair matches, and all I can come up with is: -Figure four -Double-arm suplex -Low blow -Flair Flop -Chops

I think Sheamus works because the dude absolutely lays his shit in. Never heard reports of him being unsafe, or anything, but he's like if Celtic Strong Style were a thing.
