Nothing against Roman as a person but as a performer he's definitely in that same category as Cena for me where once he's gone I'm never going to miss him. Honestly, the sooner he leaves, the better, as it would force the company to experiment with different wrestlers.

That’s what was said about Cena 10 years ago when Roman was rising up the ranks. 10 years from now we will say the same about Bron or Theory

Good. Last thing I want is for him to leave considering he's one of the very few I consistently enjoy on the main roster anymore.

He's apparently scheduled for a 10 week break starting at the end of June.

He's apparently scheduled for a 10 week break starting at the end of June. Weird that it’s not the end of July as that’s when Summerslam is. I guess that all but guarantees that he loses the title to Drew at HIAC. I know Brock skipped PPVs but no way they’re doing MITB and Summerslam (two stadium shows) without the world titles

He's apparently scheduled for a 10 week break starting at the end of June. According to Meltzer he’s still currently booked for the 2 PPV’s that would fall in that 10 weeks, but no TV or house shows. That obviously could change

He's apparently scheduled for a 10 week break starting at the end of June. Dude's the champion of both brands, has killed basically everyone, and is now basically going to become a part timer in the summer He became Brock Lesnar anyway, lmfao

He's apparently scheduled for a 10 week break starting at the end of June. Who knows, maybe it's for health related reasons.

Ten weeks is an odd length, too long for a holiday but too short for a PT schedule, maybe he got cast in something, seems about the right length for a movie shoot. Still if he’s doing PPVs his health is probably good and that’s the main thing.

That obviously could change I guess we get Heyman running around in between each PPV juggling the two title belts, declaring things on behalf of his tribal chief and being somewhat creepy to Kayla.

So will Roman lose at least a world title before his break so the company isn't without a world champ for two months? {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}

Very happy he’s staying for now but I do think he will leave for Hollywood within the next couple of years. I’m kinda surprised he has stuck around for so long especially with his health complications. Hopefully having a lighter schedule means we can keep him for longer. He absolutely deserves to leave on his terms, when he’s ready & after this latest run I don’t think he has anything left to prove. Hopefully he would still return occasionally. Anyway, I’m going to enjoy him while I can.

Andrew Zarian of F4WOnline.com provided an update on Reigns’ status…
“Spoke to someone over at WWE regarding Roman & his schedule moving forward. It’s not expected for Roman to take extended time off. He will be on PLEs & TV. The only change will be with smaller market house show, which is why he showed his gratitude to the fans in Trenton NJ.”
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com also noted the following about Reigns…
“WWE sources had claimed to us that Roman Reigns was ‘factored into their creative plans for the foreseeable future.’ I don’t know how that bodes for reports of him having time off this summer and we’ve not got that word from WWE.”
He prolly heard they're heading back to Peoria in December and went "NOPE I ain't sharing a building with Dah"

Very happy he’s staying for now but I do think he will leave for Hollywood within the next couple of years. Even if he does, I don't see it sticking. Nothing about him really screams "major Hollywood star" – handsome, muscular dudes are a dime a dozen, and while he's solid in the Tribal Chief role, he doesn't show off the kind of insane natural charisma that Rock, Cena, and Batista did. Being a big star in WWE doesn't mean shit in Hollywood either, so a lot will depend on getting and nailing that one role – that Luke Hobbs, that Drax, that Peacemaker – that pushes him from "wrestler who acts" to "actor who used to wrestle." He might make a decent living picking up the roles that Jason Momoa is too expensive for, I suppose.

That's kinda my thought whenever I see the X is leaving for Hollywood... it's like... yeah everyone says they're doing that... the amount that are actually successful in that endeavor are basically those 3. I mean some have mediocre success in like D-list schlock but that's not really what people mean when they say going to Hollywood.

They always need D list celebrities for episodes of Mundane Thing: Celebrity Edition. He’s better off staying in WWE for that, but they will always need them.
