I don't think it's impossible that when his deal is up that he goes to WWE or Impact, particularly the former. I do think that he's plateaued here and that he would seriously benefit from a change in scenery. I do also think he comes off as kind of a dumbass on twitter, which doesn't help.

I see promise in keeping Griff, he's improved a ton since he's been there already. Pillman I won't really care if they let him go, but Griff could like, slide into JAS and be developed by them if Garcia gets forced out.

I don't have any specific examples, but he's had a number of dumb takes on Twitter that don't necessarily seem to come from a place of malice so much as just a place of genuine ignorance or misguidedness, if that made sense.

It basically comes off more like the fruits of him having had a comparatively lousy upbringing are coming home to roost in a way that's been rapidly burning through the sympathy for said lousy upbringing. I also feel like he's someone that should've been attached to a veteran a la Sting/Darby and JB/Christian a long time ago. Dude strikes me as a guy who really needs a mentor or big brother figure to keep his head on straight, both in terms of his wrestling and in terms of his personal life.

I also admit I pretty much avoid Twitter like the plague so this is based on hearsay and may be unintentionally more sympathetic than people may think he deserves. I've been trying to give him the benefit of the doubt for a very long time but it seems like he's long since been given up on by a lot of folks. Will Ospreay is the only other wrestler I've seen get dunked on for being an idiot as much as BPJ has, and BPJ doesn't even have the wrestling skill to get away with it.

Griff is starting to look like his frustrations are both kayfabe and out of kayfabe and I can't blame him. Ever since they left Daily's Place and ESPECIALLY since the MJF and HOB "feuds", the Blondes have been dead in the water and how much of that is due to BPJ fumbling the ball worse than the Angels' defense against the Mariners is tough to say. I still think Griff is worth holding onto as a prospect, though obviously he needs a repackaging of some way shape or form.

Made some really stupid social media posts. Examples include wearing a cancel cancel-culture shirt, acting like he's been canceled, bitched about Starbucks having the dining area closed while the drive thru was open and he could see employees inside. Oh, and when Marko Stunt's brother (Logan) was accused of sexual harassment, Pillman messaged the accuser asking if there was any way she made Marko's brother think it was okay, and asked her if she knew what kind of damage it could do to Logan.

There's also how AEW wrestlers have no problem dunking on him in public. Giving the hint that what he's said online is just the tip of the iceberg, and he doesn't leave it at home.

I have no idea what he's said so I can't comment on that, but for your other point...

I'm assuming they might have thought it was too obvious (or just wanted him to focus only on Cody for some reason) but Arn Anderson mentoring Brian Pillman Jr. was right there.

(I guess they could have done Tully too but Pillman Sr. was not in a Horseman group with Tully)
