Speaking of Impact wrestlers, Tasha Steelz is 35. Steelz started out in wrestling fairly late back in 2016. I'm not sure what she was doing for most of her 20s, since the info about her before entering the business isn't available online like with other wrestlers.

The Non-Arn Anderson answer to me for this question is ALWAYS Luke Gallows.
Luke Gallows has gone on record that when he was doing the Festus gimmick, some people thought he was in his 40's at the time and was some journeyman veteran they hired after being on the Indies for like 20 years, when in reality, he was in his 20's
Luke Gallows is still only 38 years old. For reference, Miz, John Morrison, Dolph Ziggler, Matt Sydal, Jack Evans, Braun Strowman and Claudio Castagnoli are all OLDER than Luke Gallows is. Long time tag team partner Karl Anderson is four years older than him.
He and Orange Cassidy are the same age.

Rick Rude always felt like he was around 40 to me. That's how old he was when he died. When he debuted in the WWF, he was only 28. He won the IC belt at 30. Jake Roberts is another I have trouble wrapping my head around. He was 31 at WrestleMania III and only 36 when he left the WWF in 1992. During his return in 1996, they said (correctly) that he was 41, but Owen on commentary said that was a lie and that he was 51, and I believed Owen. I was glad to have him back but man did Roberts look like hell in 1996. I'm surprised Vince let him go out there with such a gut, pasty and just basically out of shape. Eventually they gave him that button up to hide the gut. An old looking, sloppy, face Jake Roberts talking about the bible and stuff just seemed so neutered and non threatening. My interest in his character and performer really withered due to this And he was never a physique guy I realize this, but in his prime he was at least passable and that long lean look of his fit in with the snake persona, but by 1996 it was a sad sight.
