I feel like putting the tag titles in the main event of night one would be less elevating the tag titles and more emphasizing that night one doesn't matter. Maybe if the belts had main-evented, like, any PPV ever before this but as-is even with the momentum the Usos have going for them they've never even gotten close to doing that and as characters they're still pretty much entirely depicted as Roman's flunkies.
I'd probably go with Charlotte / Rhea personally.

Well, if focusing the hottest story in the company around the tag titles and putting them in the main event of one night of WrestleMania doesn't make them seem important, nothing will. At what point does "They don't want us to care about these belts" become "I don't want to care about these belts"? Because we're nudging that line if not outright dancing on it at this point.

There's a time and a place to elevate the belts and it's not at Mania? If they'd main evented some other PPVs getting there then sure, whatever, but just throwing it in there now, when the entire thing only actually exists as a subplot in the night 2 main event's story, just makes the first night feel like it's just the opening act rather than its own thing. Like, being fair I indeed don't at all give a f*** about that match past, "Can we please get the belts off professional shitstain Jimmy Uso already?", but I really didn't care about Austin / KO either yet can at least grant that was a notable high profile thing, Austin being back in his element getting the proper home state sendoff he never really got before, while this idea feels entirely like just making night 1 all about Roman even while he's not even on it.

If you don't think this is the storyline to elevate the tag titles to a main event feud then nothing will hold water then. If a tag title match was ever going to main event a Mania then this is it. I don't see the optics of it makes Night 1 worthless as a Mania main event should not be worthless in the first place The faction that dominated the show for the last few years headlining both shows and going out on their backs is a really good ending to "misery booking"

I think if Charlotte/Rhea main events it won't be some travesty, but I don't think it's the right match for the spot. Maybe any other year, but not this one. When you've been telling a story for years and some of the players are super hot right now, I honestly don't mind Saturday serving as a way to further the Sunday story.

I think you either open or close the show with the tag titles. I wouldn’t be opposed to Night 2 being the Bloodlne destruction day with KO/Sami opening night 2 winning the tag titles and Cody winning the WWE title

It would be something if the Sami match didn’t main event given everything he’s built this year….and Charlotte gets it again just for showing up. After barely showing up all year.
i mean…don’t you want to go with the big babyface win ending? Rhea is a heel. Charlotte is a heel no matter what they say.

Planned match for Mania, according to the Observer letter: {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW} Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler vs Damage CTRL for the Women's Tag Titles.
WWE has their work cut out for them getting people to give a shit about Ronda considering she stormed out about her creative, and has regressed massively in the ring, and Shayna loses to pretty much everyone.

She’s really on the outside on looking in if she’s not proposed to be in any of the three women’s title matches on the WM card. Unless we’re going into uncharted waters and having a fourth women’s match on it.

I’m guessing Becky and Barley in some sort of gimmick match.

Not gonna surprise me if they have IYO and Dakota taken out and thus leaving Bayley alone but Becky steps into be her partner.
It would be BS to do that to IYO and Dakota but there is no way WWE leaves off Bayley and Becky and idk what else you do with them that would seem even semi important and make any sense.

Logan Paul + Bayley vs Seth + Becky.
Seeds already planted with Logan/Seth, plus Bayley getting personal with Becky.

There's a difference between creative disagreements and the company going in a different direction and "storming out." Makes me also wonder if we may get Becky and Seth vs. Logan and Bayley at Mania, honestly.

Shayna is going do unspeakable things on the biggest stage to her girlfriend....I mean her close friend/housemate.

I can only hope that if Rollins and Lynch are paired up for a WrestleMania match, they get to show a lot more of what they think they should be like as an on-screen pairing, as opposed to the weirdness that happened the first time that, if it lasted any longer than one PPV cycle, probably would’ve had both of them hated by the fans and not just Rollins on his own.

If Logan Paul is the opponent, I dont think they have anything to worry about with crowd turning on them...

I'd be cool with Becky and Seth vs. Paul and Bayley. We'd probably get some amusing vignettes of Paul and Bayley dressed like them.
