For me, Quiznos.
They don’t show commercials anymore and all the ones by my old neighborhood in West LA closed around the same time.
Thought it was dead, but moved back to my home town in the suburbs and I found at least 2.
Same goes for Which Which. Oddly enough, where I was livi my before, they still had a Togo’s and I never see that here

TNA lol!
But seriously outside of wrestling it's Kmart. They have been dying for at least 20 years now, AND are there even a hand-full of stores left?

Pan Am
Although no longer an airline, I learned a couple of years ago they still operate as rail service in parts of New England

It had gone to shit tho, last time I ate there it was awful.

In the same vein as Quizno's, I'll say Blimpie's. I remember them being fairly common when I was a kid in the 80's, but as Subway's grew in popularity in the 90's and 2000's, they kind of disappeared and I just assumed went out of business. It always amazes me when I run across one, usually in New Jersey.
Might as well mention Roy Rogers as well. I haven't seen one personally in forever, but there are apparently still a few left out there.
Oh, and McFarlane Toys is apparently still a thing. I ran across a store selling some of their figures recently and I was amazed as I had not thought about them in years. I remember working with some guys back in the mid-00's who were obsessed with their sports figures.

Roy Rogers is a staple of highway rest areas from what I've seen. Dunno the last time I saw a standalone Roy Rogers restaurant though.

I do miss the only sub I ever ordered there though, Turkey Ranch Swiss. Can’t recreate it at Subway. I tried.

I was HUGE into McFarlane Sports Picks from 2005-2010ish and used to buy them all the time, primarily NHL. I haven’t seen new McFarlane figures for sale in years.

Rax and The Ground Round. I ate at these restaurants a lot as a kid and just discovered through a quick Google search that both still have a few locations scattered throughout the country. Rax seems to be concentrated mostly in Ohio.

The cable channel NESN (New England Sports Network). Considering how regional it is you'd think it would have been bought out by ESPN or some other company long ago, but it's still active, though their current logo is terrible:

There's been like 4 separate times in the last 30 years where I was surprised to hear the NWA was still a thing. The only reason I know it's still exists today is the jokes about Tyrus.

At this point if the historical catalogs and other papers from the beginning if saved are probably worth more at this point then the stores or name

Oddly enough, where I was livi my before, they still had a Togo’s and I never see that here I hadn't heard of Which Wich until I moved to Chicago back in 2009. They had pretty darn good food, and the mark-the-bag ordering system was neat. Wiki says they have 431 locations. Up from 50 in 2007. That, Potbelly, and Pret a Manger were some of my regular lunch go-tos.
