At this point, you should count overall Women's Champions in WWE.
WWE recognizes the Fabulous Moolah as their first Women's Champion. Having one continuous uninterrupted title run between 1956 and 1984, and ignores any loses during that time. So that's what I will go with.
Fabulous Moolah (1st reign) - 10,170 days Rockin' Robin - 501 days Trish Stratus (6th reign) - 448 days Sensational Sherri - 440 days Fabulous Moolah (3rd reign) - 380 days
As for the Divas Championship, the longest reign was Nikki Bella's 2nd regin at 301 days. Which Bianca has already surpassed.

Gotta erase Moohla's record. "Bianca Wins lol" until 2051.

Proud of her.

The one thing I'm gonna take away from Bianca's reign is how much damage she's caused the division with her never, ever looking weak or selling anyone as a threat. It's horrible and obnoxious.

I assume she's beating Becky for the sake of LongEST merch, then probably dropping the belt not too long afterwards. It's been quite the empty reign despite its length.

I honestly wouldn't be shocked if she drops it at Backlash, as she'll have broken the record by that point, and then gets moved over to Smackdown on the following RAW or SD (assuming its two nights again). I say that because apparently the draft is in May this year, the first RAW after Backlash.

I don't think they'll keep them on separate rosters, I feel like Rhea/Bianca is a Summerslam level match, and I don't think it's a good idea to give Bianca or Rhea another Royal Rumble win so early, as that's how I assume they would get to each other at Mania if they were on different brands. Might be best for Bianca to get moved to Smackdown with the Street Profits and maybe face some actual adversity for once, as a lot of her fan support is quickly dying off. Where if she remains on RAW, she'll just continue to run over everyone without much effort and the division will continue to remain on life support (at best).

I really don't know what they do with her or Rhea if they aren't doing a unification match soon. There's like literally no one for either of them. Looks like it's so barren as far as challengers goes that they are going to have Zelina as Rhea's first challenger even though Rhea already beat her in the build up to Mania. As for Bianca who knows. I guess it's time to dust off "Can Bianca lift Doudrop Piper" yet again.

There's Raquel, Becky, or potentially a singles match with Beth Phoenix to name a few.

If her fans do not want Rhea running into the same problem as Bianca then her reign does not need to be a super long one.

I just assume that all the titleholders are going to be the same as they are now at WM 40. Except for the tag titles. The Uso’s will probably have those again. lol

It's not as bad as Roman's, mainly because she's a face, but it's still been a long, dragging bore, where it feels like no one has been helped by her
Damage CTRL and others were essentially sacrificed to her reign with no payoff or idea on what to do with them after doing their service of making Bianca look good, and Bianca... making them look like shit via never ever selling their offense well, whether she's doing it intentionally or being told not to, it makes them look like shit
The main issue is it just feels like there's no one left because no one's been built up strong enough to even think about doing it. Asuka got a new gimmick just to lose to Bianca, and no one else feels built up enough or in Raquel's case feels even a fraction over enough to realistically do it... the women's divisions are pretty dire because of their "Push about four women between two brands" mentality, and this reign's really been guilty of it.

I don’t even know where to begin to start fixing all this. And I mean an actual division-wide solution, not just “My favourite should be champion, this person that wins too much should be jobbed out with prejudice, and f*** everyone else as long as I get mine”.
One of the serious suggestions from previously was “More midcard storylines for the women”, which… You know, sure, but you have to figure out how to fit that within the overall show, taking into consideration the men’s midcard as well. Juggling all these balls, which ones do you allow to fall for the greater good?

I understand the Roman match endings feeling repetitive, but for me the difference is that Roman 1.) Cheats to win, 2.) Is stronger at creating suspense even in matches where you know the challenger has no hope of winning. Bianca's weakness with selling convincingly makes it even harder when combined with her dominant booking to believe that she might lose.

i like Bianca but she's suffering from lack of character development. I feel like the only change we've seen from her is "I have the title now" in the last year+. That's not on her. Although maybe she could try something new/different but you never know if she's been told to changeup nothing.
I'm not asking for anything big, just something. And I do think it's just another symptom of their strangely booked division where you are either the Champ, Challenger, or a complete afterthought... or Charlotte.

Well Charlotte is always either the champion or the challenger. Not like she can be one of the few not in the title picture who are booked like they matter considering she's ALWAYS in the title picture.
