I'll give you one. Way back when, I was surprised to hear Megan Mullaly's real voice not being as high-pitched as her voice on "Will & Grace."

Not an actor per se - although she has had acting roles - but back in 2015, I said the following about Becky Lynch:

Outside the ones already mentioned, Mark McKinney (aka Glenn from Superstore) Was this the first role you saw him in?

In the TNG vein, the first time I ever heard Marina Sirtis talk out of character she sounded less like the cultured Troi or even Demona, and much more like someone who would get into barfights on a regular basis. I do like how Troi's accent has evolved over time. She starts off with Sirtis' approximation of a Mediterranean accent, then becomes more mid-Atlantic by the third season, gets a little more east London from First Contact onwards, and is now pretty much a slightly more clipped version of Sirtis' regular accent. As for Sirtis' regular accent, when she rips into somebody at a convention or goes on a rant about something she's passionate about she sounds exactly like she should be throwing somebody out of her pub in Eastenders. Example: Wow, first time I'd listened to her real voice, I could even tell which bit of London she's from, not just the accent but the word choices, not too far from me lol

Brad Garrett.
I was surprised when I watched Til Death and he didn’t have the gravely slow Robert Barons voice but a very nasally and regular pitched voice at slightly fast speed

James Marsters (Spike from Buffy) has a strong Texan accent. He is the American actor who has nailed Estuary English (the accent I speak with) the best.
A lot of guys famed for Noo Yawk accents such as De Niro and WWE's own Heyman sound a lot less accented when speaking out of character. I suppose because it's an accent associated with loudness so speakers subconsciously drop it when speaking in a lower tone.

Due to some kind of misunderstanding, I briefly thought Krysten Ritter was English, so seeing her do an interview, I was thrown as I had just thought she did a good American accent in some of the roles I'd seen her in.

I don't think I've ever heard Melanie Lynskey act using her real voice, so it always throws me off when I hear it.
But the flag bearer of this thread is definitely Stephanie Beatriz.

I know her pretty much exclusively from Jessica Jones, so it was actually kind of a shock for me to hear her in an interview recently not sounding constantly miserable and speaking with, what I presume to be, her normal voice. It's slightly higher pitched and much more bubbly sounding. She sounds like somebody who would easily say the phrase "Oh my God, like totally!" completely unironically. In a similar vein, hearing Erin Richards (Gotham's Barbara Kean) speak in her native Welsh accent for the first time threw me for a trip. I've also been listening to some clips of Harpo Marx's real voice lately. It's surprisingly deep, he sounds like a mix of Leonard Nimoy and Robert De Niro.

Peter Cullen not sounding anything like Optimus Prime. Fun bit of trivia: Cullen based his Optimus Prime voice on his brother, who was a Marine Corps captain. It's fun to think that at one point there was somebody actively serving in the armed forces giving orders in Prime's voice. I follow Krysten on Instagram. I'm pretty sure I've heard her use that phrase at least once. Also, her wardrobe in Jessica Jones might as well have been brought from home. She loves wearing band shirts, jeans, and a leather jacket.

Having spent well over a decade watching Supernatural, it was quite the revelation to hear an interview with Misha Collins and realise that his voice isn't anywhere near as deep and gravelly as the one he does as Castiel.

Michael Jackson's real voice was a lot deeper than what we normally heard according to people who knew him.
He just talked like that to protect his singing voice (and probably a bit to play up his image in the 80s/90s I would imagine)
Here's him singing with his more natural tone

Not sure if either has done acting, but hearing the Butcher and the Blade in interviews is interesting because neither has a high voice, but Blade's voice is SIGNIFICANTLY deeper than Butcher's, which would probably throw most people.

Stephanie Beatriz, Rosa from Brooklyn 99 is like that. Her B99 character is a bad tempered tough guy type of cop so she sounds deep and gruff like she has a permanent cold. In interviews her voice is very high pitched and feminine which makes sense as many actresses also sing and having such a voice would be a boon for singing. She's also the VA lead in Encanto which I haven't seen but as it's a kids film I assume she uses a different pitch to her B99 character.
