The A Goofy Movie/Goof Troop fandom is still very popular, last film released in 2000 It got a shoutout in the new DuckTales series where we see Max and Roxanne together and everyone lost their minds. That and Powerline's song being sung by Dewey and Della. Max dressed as Powerline is featured as part of the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party in Walt Disney World

I've never seen Airplane II. Is it worth a watch? I liked it. It’s Airplane! -in space! Also, they did change up the dynamics a bit. Ted isn’t the mess he was in the first film, so they didn’t keep going to that well of jokes this time.

Trancers Puppet Master Demonic Toys Puppet Master is still getting sequels and spinoffs. I know I was kind of cheating with that one.Feels odd cause mid 90s seemed like I heard chatter about Puppet master, the films and toys, often. Now it is just the really hardcore Full Moon fans still watching the new prequels and sequels.

Back to the Future Hasn't been a film released since 1990 and it's still very memorable. The lack of additional films may have actually helped keep it treasured and well loved. It’s one movie. I feel very strongly about this, if you just watch Part 2 or 3 all by itself, you’re crazy. Honestly I only first watched the first movie a few years ago and still haven't seen 2 or 3.

Honestly I only first watched the first movie a few years ago and still haven't seen 2 or 3. That’s allowed, since it was meant to standalone. But the sequels literally pick up exactly where the previous left off, it’s not like we catch up years later.

So how about telling us which franchises are memorable? Not including ones that are still producing movies? Because I feel like it's easy to say something is forgettable if it's not constantly in our face and giving everyone reasons to talk about them. Home Alone seems to get referenced/memed a good deal still It’s guaranteed constant play around Christmas, and is pretty much enshrined in the holiday lexicon. Although the series gets the Godfather treatment: good luck finding the third movie at any time other than 4 am, if at all. Another one: Beverly Hills Cop seemed to fade away.

Another one: Beverly Hills Cop seemed to fade away. There was talk of a fourth movie, but I don't know if that ever got greenlighted.

Blondie's film series had 28 films between 1938 to 1950. How many of you knew that until I mentioned this? Charlie Chan had 37 films and an animated cartoon with Jodie Foster. The National Lampoon and Carry On franchises might have more, but I'm too lazy to look.

There were two 'Shanghai' movies with Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson, then nothing
The Mummy spin-off Scorpion King didn't perform at the box office and was relegated to a series of direct to DVD diminishers, with Dwayne replaced constantly by D-listers. The actual Mummy franchise petered out after Dragon Emperor and after the Tom Cruise reboot failed to launch the Dark Universe, has been dormant ever since.

Spawn helped launch Image and was one of the premier comics of the 90’s. Who remembers Bucky O Hare? I had most of the toys at some point. Jenny was a babe. OG Spawn is kind of a weird time capsule. So 90’s. And McFarlane seemingly couldn’t make up his mind what he wanted it to be.
