Like what was Viscera/Mabel's best ever match?
Khali's best match was probably One Night Stand 07 v Cena. He had a pretty decent last man standing with Undertaker on Smackdown in 06 too. That one was taped and heavily edited to look watchable though because apparently they had no faith to put it live on the Summerslam 06 card which was the original plan.
Maven had a good world title match with HHH in 03 on Sunday Night Heat of all places.

Ken Anderson/Kennedy had a legit MOTYC with Kurt Angle at Lockdown 2010. It was so far and away the best match of Anderson’s career it might be a record. I don’t think I ever rated more than a handful of the rest of his career matches at even a decent level.

Vladimir Koslov had a really good TV match where he went over Undertaker clean 6 weeks before WrestleMania 25.

Jessie McKay/Billie Kay against Madison Eagles is the most a wrestler has ever surprised me in a single match. Yeah, Eagles is not just a top tier worker but her trainer, but McKay's selling alone makes it one of my favorite matches.

Khali vs Cena is a great choice, though he also had some decent matches with Rusev and Cesaro, probably since both men were able to work around him and milk some spectacle out of him, which is basically what giants are for in wrestling, anyway. Flair also had a weirdly decent one with him, probably since I am sure he had his share of random giant matches in his career and knew how to structure it.

King Kong Bundy vs Inoki (June 6, 1985) is the best Bundy match I've ever seen. Inoki really knew how to play to strengths, and they tore it down. Watching this really made a Bundy vs Hogan match for Mania 2 the following year feel like a no-brainer.

Khali vs Ezekiel Jackson is my favorite surprisingly good Khali match.

Bayley vs Eva Marie in NXT really managed to work around Eva's limitations very well

Vladimir Koslov had a really good TV match where he went over Undertaker clean 6 weeks before WrestleMania 25. I can't speak for his Japanese work, but Festus has a great undertaker match around this time too, just a pure brawl Worked perfect for their characters, all-action

Big Bossman vs Barbarian at Rumble 91 is really good, also arguably one of the best matches I have seen the Barbarian have.

Hogan and Warrior had an acceptable match at Wrstlemania 6.
Also Stephanie Mcmahon and Trish Stratus (Who was still very green at the time) had a surprisingly decent match at No way out one year.

Also Stephanie Mcmahon and Trish Stratus (Who was still very green at the time) had a surprisingly decent match at No way out one year. They did, though for me Stephanie's best single performance is in the mixed tag at WM 34. I get why she didn't wrestle much, but she was always entertaining when she did, and didn't have the self-indulgence of her brother.

The gimmick battle royal at wm17 has to be the answer for several bad wrestlers. Definitely the worst wrestler to ever be in my personal moty. The fact it was against a broken down Kurt Angle and debuting Ronda Rousey makes that even more remarkable.

Ronda got some great matches out of Nia Jax in 2018. Ronda IMO was effective as a scrappy underdog and Nia was one of the few people who she could get away with playing that role against, plus never had an issue with Nia’s stiff style.

Kevin Nash admits himself that he rarely had great in-ring matches but in late 95/early 96 Bret and Shawn had great matches with him at Survivor Series and the IYH after Wrestlemania. And people usually only talk about the finish but I thought the Starrcade 98 main event was a good battle with two mega over faces going at it. Ken Anderson/Kennedy had a legit MOTYC with Kurt Angle at Lockdown 2010. It was so far and away the best match of Anderson’s career it might be a record. I don’t think I ever rated more than a handful of the rest of his career matches at even a decent level. That's a great one. I remember at the time that match shocked a lot of people. Before that his best matches were probably during his feud with HBK in late 07. Speaking of Michaels, I know Chris Masters got better years later but during his first WWE run he wasn't exactly great but he had a shockingly good match with HBK at Unforgiven 2005.

Brent Albright vs Adam Pearce for the NWA title at one of the ROH Hammerstein Ballroom shows. Death Before Dishonor VI maaaaaaybe? Never really cared for either of them, but they tore the house down that night.
