The ending of Ghost World. When Enid gets on the bus and leaves forever. I wanted to cry. Beautiful movie.

Rock Balboa: Rocky is knocked down to a knee after a vicious shot. Suddenly, he recalls the lecture he gave to his son about how life is about how much you can take and that you just have to keep moving foward. Rocky then tells himself "get up". He does and the fight continues

Parasite Eve, the end. Really cheesy movie, but the best ending to a movie ever.

Near the end of Glory when Denzel Washington yells COME ON!!! just before the 54th stormed the fort.....with that musical score playing in the background.
For some reason, I always got chills down my spine during the part in Unbreakable when Bruce Willis was looking over that train wreck.....that close up of his face half covered by the shadow of his rain coat then it cuts to the scene of his car accident in college.

Where they jump off the cliff, and we learn that female Gelflings have Wings.

Rocky- When Apollo knocks him down in the 14th round, Mickey is yelling at him to stay down, Apollo starts gloating, Rocky starts getting up, Apollo gives a "WTF?" look and shakes his head, Rocky gives him a "Come on!" gesture.
In actuality it all happens in like 2 seconds, you all know the part I mean right?

It's not actually a moment - more a piece of really good editing (and the only trailer I'll watch over and over again). Die Hard 4.0's trailer shows a montage of REALLY BAD STUFF done by the techno terrorists over a newscaster's voice (i think) detailing the carnage (copyright JR productions) and evil going on in the USA after the evildoers crash all the computers. everyone is wondering what to do next. Then cut a a weary looking John McLane: "...I'll take it from here.."
Perfect.

Danko's face as Creed dances around him decked in sequins and the Stars & Stripes is hilarious - a counterpoint to the tragic ending of the fight that follows.....
