I hate to add to speculation, but Chris' second text message about the dogs being locked up and the side door being open...can mean their was a fourth party. Doubt it, but as an investigator involved in the case, I hope they checked or will check these things out. Wait...didn't the reports say that the investigators had trouble getting into the house because the dogs were loose? YES. And he said they were locked up. I know we're talking about this because we'd like to believe he didn't do it, but I mean...there is evidence that can mean he didn't.

Wiki get vandalized often but it doesn't get vandalized with eerie statements that turn out to be true all of the time.

Technicly the dogs WERE loose, even in a fenced in place, if your dog escapes its your fault as the dog didn't have something called a leash.

Yeah, that's the strangest thing about this case. Becuase lord knows that after several hours, there is no WAY dogs would get restless enough to jump the fence or something. I know I"VE never seen collared dogs wandering around the neighborhood unattended because they've figured out a way to get out of inclosed spaces. Never once in my whole life. Certainly not dogs the size of German shepherds! Hurry to Atlanta while there's still time! Chris Benoit's legacy is counting on you!

But the NFL and other companies take on that responsibility. I don't see what would make WWE any different. The company I work for dent take that responsibility. I doubt you employer does either. I am a grownup and if I have an anger management problem, it is my responsibility alone to resolve it, not my employer's. Its done by companies such as American Airlines, General Electric Co, and eBay inc, just to name a few. Its not as rare as you think. A company can be found liable if they ignore signs.

You can make all the logical explanations you want, but your theories are just as unproven as mine. Maybe the dogs didn't escape..maybe they were let out. You can't prove it either way.

All these people talking about throwing out their Chris Benoit DVDs just made me realize that thanks to the WWE's insistence that I must always be reminded at the beginning of their DVDs that I can't learn to fall off a 20 foot ladder, I'll get to continually hear Chris Benoit talk about rupturing a disc that fragmented into his spinal column and see him being stretchered from the ring. I already hated that unskippable public service annoyance, and now it's just going to be worse.

I'm just saying that Benoit thought there was a reason to protect his family. He said he felt he was being watched. He has two German Shepherds protecting the house. He sends a text message talking about the side door being opened?
Again, I'm saying this because it's hard to believe, but this is evidence that does need to be figured out.

I didn't say that it was proof that someone framed him. I didn't even say it meant anything. I said it can't be written off as just a coincidence because we don't know who knew what and when they knew it yet.

Actually the new one(The ones they made after Angle left WWE) only feature footage and just the voiceover guy.

I live in America, where it's innocent until proven guilty. Until they are 100% sure, I will try to make sense of it. NOT defend him, but attempt to make sense of this to myself. Thank you very much.

ON TOP OF THAT, we don't know what the Benoit property is laid out like. Perhaps locked up is a relative term. For all we know, on a property that is said to be 8.5 acres, 'locked up' could be 4 of those acres altogether. You people (one in particular) seem to think that locked up must mean some kind of 3 foot by 3 foot enclosure. Also, it'd be great of old Mulder could explain to us exactly how the whereabouts of the dogs in any way proves the existence of another person on the grassy knoll or whatever.

Dude, I know you're upset, and seriously, I agree with 95% of what you're saying, but chill...this thread's about talking about Chris Benoit's life and death, and discussing the new information on the case, and maybe remembering a time or 2. Just...take it easy with the sarcastic comments and stuff, OK?
