Welcome back to the Tournament to End All Tournaments! Hannibal defeats Ozzy Osbourne, much to my surprise. I didn't realize elephant cavalry was so popular. I stand corrected. We chug right along today with, you guessed it, more oddness. Help me find out who the most awesome/badass character/person of all time is! How would one accomplish such a task? Why by pitting every awesome and/or badass person/character/historical figure in a 512-person bracket style tournament that leaves only one person standing in the end. Who will it be? You will decide. There is no voting criteria. You can vote for a participant based on whatever you please. If you feel that person would be the victor in a fist fight, or if you think they're more badass, more epic, have better hair, or if you just like one better than the other. It's completely up to you, the voter. I want people to have fun with this, and perhaps imagine the two participants squaring off face to face. I don't know how to begin approaching this battle. We have a Milo Jovovich charcter, Leeloo, of the cult film The Fifth Element, taking on an ancient mythical creature, The Kraken. I would personally say the odds are stacked against Leeloo due to the sheer prominence of the Kraken mythos. However, I also know there are staunch fans of The Fifth Element. Leeloo is the supreme being in that universe, with the capability of stopping pure evil itself. Food for thought. Leeloo.VS. The Kraken--- Results: Tom Hanks(5) def. Van Helsing(3) -- Burt Reynolds(6) def. Gordon Freeman(1) -- Richard Petty(4) def. Ron Jeremy(3) -- Hulk Hogan(8) def. Mace Windu(3) -- Freddie Mercury(2) def. N.W.A.(1) -- Magneto(5) def. I think it would be awesome if Laurinaitis finally decided to get violent on someone and just randomly use a skateboard as a weapon. Others have called for the Ace Crusher, which while awesome, wouldn't be nearly as ironic.

The match that the whole world the McMahons, HHH, Nash and the Nash family WANT to see! Good ol' Haitch was quick to call out the Shawns and Nash as being his friends....but I guess acknowledging that Scott Hall was his friend was too much to ask? At least one guy in the audience screamed out "Scott Hall" loud enough for the mics to pick up, so Hunter didn't get away with retconning that friendship. Asshole move, Hunter. I noticed that too. It's not as if Waltman is a shining example of humanity either. I know Hall has been a lying scumbag in the past, but with all the efforts that the 'E has taken to get Scott some help, you'd think he'd at least say his name. There are still huge Scott Hall fans out there, myself included. Plus, there's the recent E:60 on him as well.

I think with Mick Foley making a cameo soon, it would make perfect sense for him to face his greatest opponent in one final hurrah.

Bret Hart by a long shot. I'm really shocked that Jericho's beating him by such a wide margin. Hard to top an IWC darling. I voted for Bret as well.

Welcome back to the Tournament to End All Tournaments! Hooray for voters! Churchill advances with an utter curbstomp of Clive Owen; Allied Powers-style. We trudge along with another historical figure taking on a pop culture GIANT! Help me find out who the most awesome/badass character/person of all time is! How would one accomplish such a task? Why by pitting every awesome and/or badass person/character/historical figure in a 512-person bracket style tournament that leaves only one person standing in the end. Who will it be? This evening we have former attempted conquerer of Rome, Hannibal of Carthage, taking on heavy metal God, Ozzy Osbourne! One commanded hordes of elephants, while the other bit heads off of doves and bats. What more needs to be said? Hannibal Barca of Carthage.VS. Ozzy Osbourne--- Results: Tom Hanks(5) def. What's funnier is how seldom it actually works out.
I remember the commentators being "excited about the youngster....Shane Douglas" in 1991.

Welcome back to the Tournament to End All Tournaments! Piper advances with a 3 to 1 victory over Andre! I'm still wondering where all my loyal followers went. If Piper and Andre can't bring the votes, who can? We'll see. I have another oddball match-up in the works this evening. Help me find out who the most awesome/badass character/person of all time is! How would one accomplish such a task? Why by pitting every awesome and/or badass person/character/historical figure in a 512-person bracket style tournament that leaves only one person standing in the end. Who will it be? It's completely up to you, the voter. I want people to have fun with this, and perhaps imagine the two participants squaring off face to face. Today we have former prime minister Winston Churchill taking on action star, Clive Owen! The badassery of Clive Owen may be disputable. His inclusion was a personal decision of mine after his performance in Sin City. Churchill, however, is an unequivocal hard ass, who may have said and done questionable things, but always stayed strong. A true leader in the face of certain doom. Winston Churchill.VS. Clive Owen--- Results: Tom Hanks(5) def. Van Helsing(3) -- Burt Reynolds(6) def. Gordon Freeman(1) -- Richard Petty(4) def. Ron Jeremy(3) -- Hulk Hogan(8) def. Welcome back to the Tournament to End All Tournaments! Vlad impales Ferris! I guess he couldn't take this day off, or get saved, or some other movie reference. Welcome back to the Tournament to End All Tournaments! As predicted, John Wayne triumphs over the outmatched Simon Phoenix. Better luck next time, Phoenix. I think I have other Wesley Snipes characters bouncing around somewhere, so it's not all over for Mr. New Jack City. Help me find out who the most awesome/badass character/person of all time is! How would one accomplish such a task? Why by pitting every awesome and/or badass person/character/historical figure in a 512-person bracket style tournament that leaves only one person standing in the end. Who will it be? I once again tip my hat to the random number sorter for giving us this wonderful gift of ridiculousness! It's cult movie title character Ferris Bueller taking on the bane of the Ottoman Empire and ruler of Wallachia, Vlad Tepes, AKA Vlad the Impaler, AKA Vlad Dracula. Ferris Bueller.VS. Vlad the Impaler--- Results: Tom Hanks(5) def. Van Helsing(3) -- Burt Reynolds(6) def. Gordon Freeman(1) -- Richard Petty(4) def. Ron Jeremy(3) -- Hulk Hogan(8) def. Welcome back to the Tournament to End All Tournaments! Joan of Arc bests Julius Caesar in a close three to two contest! Has everyone forgotten about our beloved tournament? C'mon, guys! I know these match-ups aren't boring. Let's get that fire back that we had burning before my unfortunate absence! Today could very well go the way of previous shutouts. Unfortunately for Simon Phoenix, psychotic villain of the Demolition Man motion picture, he's going up against one of the greatest and most beloved American icons, The Duke himself, Mr. John Wayne! If Phoenix can pull this one off, I really will believe anything is possible. Simon Phoenix.VS. John Wayne--- Results: Tom Hanks(5) def. Van Helsing(3) -- Burt Reynolds(6) def. Welcome back to the Tournament to End All Tournaments! Our last contest saw The Fonz topple Judge Dredd with a 3 to 2 victory. I was really hoping for a better turn out as far as voting is concerned. I can attribute this to my absence, but I can assure my loyal followers that I will be prompt with my updates. Today we press forward with our next match-up! Today we have our first pure historical match-up with former dictator of Rome, Julius Caesar, taking on former commander of the French army, Joan of Arc! Now, before we get started with the votes, this is NOT a battle of armies. It's historical significance, awesomeness, and and badassery. You can take the guy that boned Cleopatra or the young peasant girl that led her army to victory in the battle of Orleans. Julius Caesar.VS. Joan of Arc--- Results: Tom Hanks(5) def. Van Helsing(3) -- Burt Reynolds(6) def. Gordon Freeman(1) -- Richard Petty(4) def. Ron Jeremy(3) -- Hulk Hogan(8) def. Mace Windu(3) -- Freddie Mercury(2) def. N.W.A.(1) -- Magneto(5) def. Welcome back to the Tournament to End All Tournaments! Forgive my five day absence. I've spent the last few days moving to a new location and getting organized. Now that I'm more settled in, I can continue on! Last match-up saw Link topple Spartacus five to three. Today we have a contest worthy of a comeback! For my triumphant comeback, we have a match-up to appease geeks all over the world! It is futuristic comic book lawman Judge Dredd versus possibly the coolest TV icon of the Happy Days series, Arthur Fonzarelli! -- AKA Fonzie and The Fonz. It's "I AM THE LAW" going up against "Aaay", and I'm not sure much more needs to be said in that regard. Judge Dredd.VS. Arthur Fonzarelli, AKA Fonzie, AKA The Fonz--- Results: Tom Hanks(5) def. Welcome back to the Tournament to End All Tournaments! Mr. T dominates Dr. Wily with an 8 to 0 shutout! That marks the third goose egg in this tournament, and we're not even close to being done. Will there be more? Help me find out who the most awesome/badass character/person of all time is! How would one accomplish such a task? It's completely up to you, the voter. I want people to have fun with this, and perhaps imagine the two participants squaring off face to face. This morning we have a potentially epic matchup for those that enjoy classic stories and cinema and/or classic video games. Today we bear witness to the clash of Link, of the Legend of Zelda series, and Spartacus! Now, it may seem like there have been a lot of video game representatives. But honestly, there aren't that many included in the list. It's just been a strange coincidence to see this many so soon in the tourney--particularly back-to-back. I can assure my loyal followers that no such action has taken place to make this a tournament showcasing predominately video game characters. With that out of the way, let's get it on! Link.VS. By getting louder cheers. Yes, he gets some boos. Yes, "Let's go Cena, Cena Sucks!" is an every event occurrence. But if you actually listen to the crowds, he gets the loudest pops. It happened at the PPV, it happened Monday night, and it will continue to happen. As fun as dueling chants are, Cena's still getting more cheers than anyone on the roster. I honestly can't tell who gets louder pops these days since Cena's cheers always come with a round of boos and it's impossible to tune the boos out and listen solely to the cheers, as well as Punk's cheers varying depending on which city they're in. But I think at this time Orton's been out poping both of them as he's pretty much the only one out of them that manages to get the majority of the crowd on his side. Women and children can also scream much louder than dudes.

Vickie is gross, and the worst part is that she dresses like she's sexy.
