First and foremost, I DO NOT watch WWE at the moment. I will watch ECW if I feel up to it, because I enjoy it. RAW I WILL NOT watch, and SD! Doesn't come on at a good time to test to see if I'll like it or not. According to the spoilers though, it seems like the show is ass.
Anyway, who is dominating our rosters right now? Talentless hosses. Kind of like in the mid90s before "the new generation" period saw a boost in wrestlers' personas and more interesting gimmicks/characters were born.
Maybe perhaps we are in a phase where hosses like Cena and Batista and Lashley rule the WWE, but we'll see a resurrgance of actual talented people in the new few years with great prospects in the like of Kennedy, CM Punk and Elijah Burke. While I would love to see these guys in the ME right now, I think they need time to be built up slowly to increase their worth (see Goldberg, Lashley). Maybe at the turn of the decade, these guys will be Main Eventing, ushering in another age. I already see the greatness that can be with some of the newer WWE stars.
While I won't be watching WWE anytime soon (sans ECW, which is mostly these new talented guys anyway that I enjoy), perhaps maybe in the next few years I can love wrestling again the way I loved it in the Attitude Era.

Man, I hate Inside Pulse Wrestling. Not only are most of the stories old or NEWZ, but they make up stuff and post it as news to be smart and cool. Really? I was brought in by some of their articles, and since WrestleZone doesn't update until like the end of the day I decided to go there. I need a good NEWZ site, that isn't chock full of ads (I ain't paying for f***ing PWInsider...most of it is shit I could figure out).

I knew I shoulda taken that sentence out...
I agree with Orton, but the topic was meant to focus on how they know they have a lack of star power. And it's their fault. And you know what? Instead of the past, where new people came and took the ball I have a feeling they will just shuffle the rosters around a bit, giving a MEer here and there, and not elevate anyone new. Screwing themselves in the process.

Management considers the company very weak when it comes to star depth. Orton is considered to be a major star, and that was a factor in him not being suspended or fired. -WZ
WELL JESUS CHRIST! Maybe they would have more star power if they didn't push shit to the moon, pushed more than one guy per show, and didn't feed world champs anyone who has a remote chance of becoming a star.

I know what RVD should do...smoke some bud and speed on his way to the arena so he has to no show! Man if I was leaving WWE and had to job out like that I would do it this way too.

I could see it now. He's in the jail cell alone in the fetal position rocking back and forth. "See what you did Lashley? You did it this time. Now you're in trouble." Tears dripping down his face, the other cellmates call out from their jail cells: "Hey, look at the fresh meat boys!" "I'm sorry Mr. McMahon, I'm sorry!"
Then he gets gangbanged by the prisioners and all you see is the shadow projected by Lashley on all fours and random biker guys giving it to him, all the while he's crying, screaming "I'm sorry!"

Maybe I'm dumb, but shouldn't they have promoted Ozzy well before the week before he's to go and perform?

I don't get it. Why and how did he use the New Breed to get what he wanted? Did I miss something there? He joined, and turned. For no reason. But they act like he had a reason to do it.

Yeah really...but they probably thought that would be too many black people on one roster.
But seriously when a new guy debuts, it's usually a good spike in interest. If you had the originals say they had an ace up their sleeve and their bringing back another ECW original to help them against Vince, I'm sure the ratings would go up at least a tenth of a point when they reveal who he is.

You try taking a guy who's only claim to fame in wrestling is banging chicks to the main event. S'not that easy.

Laurinaitis has served as WWE's Vice President, Talent Relations since June 2004. Prior to that, Laurinaitis was Director of Talent Relations. Prior to joining WWE in 2001, Laurinaitis worked for World Championship Wrestling(TM) ("WCW®") in talent relations and operations from June 2000 until WWE's acquisition of certain assets of WCW in March 2001.And he did such a great job back then that he SURELY deserves this promotion!

I'd take rapper Cena over SHILL MY SHIT Cena. He's less of a marine as he is a walking billboard for all 80+ Cena items available on Shopzone.com

As long as he doesn't start saluting the military, putting over his Kennedy Klan, kissing babies and all that nonsense, he'll be huge. I'd mark for the Ken Kennedy Klan. I think he's the next Austin. He seems to get a lot of inspiration from Austin (he even named his dog after SCSA), but this new era won't need Austin v2. It's gonna need something new. I don't think you can really point at someone and say "that's the guy that's gonna turn around wrestling". Some promotors will tell you that you can, but honestly, until it's already starting in motion, I don't think you can. Yeah, the SCSA/Bret feud was a catalyst in Austin's career, but to say during that feud "this guy is going to be bigger than Hogan" is wrong. Now during the SCSA/McMahon feud...that's the time you can say it.

Bullshit, they wouldn't have given him this huge story just to have him drop it 2 weeks after he won it. They could have just had Batista won the match after a Henry run in. Obviously, Edge will retain Sunday, and keep the belt for a while.
And I seriously doubt NYR 06 was last minute booking.

Bring him to ECW. God knows he's needed there more than RAW and SD.
