Now Vader complains that Rick Steiner was working too stiffly? Something's very, very wrong. Thats almost as strange as Kenta Kobashi complaining that Misawa is working too stiffly. This game is strange at times. On a side note: Christian Cage has found God people, he is now a changed man. Thats 2 of my best heels that have found God (Him and Ultramantis Black)

How often can you turn someone? As often as you like. But the worker will complain if you do it within 365 days of his/her last turn. And if you turn them within that 365 day window, it'll kill the worker's overness. Jed Shaffer ~Ditto gimmicks.

I'm wondering why JYD's charisma is so low in the '92 scenario. Even the guy's worst detractors will acknowledge he had great charisma.

Question: I keep trying to pull up the EWR window, I have it dowloaded and everything, except when I go to actually open it, it asks what program I would like to open the file with. I have no idea what to do. Any suggestions?

Question - has anyone ever had a wrestler actually injure another one by working too stiffly? In my TNA fed, I get emails quite a bit from people complaining that Joe worked too stiffly and they could have been badly hurt. Now obviously I don't want someone to get injured, although it hasn't happened yet. Has this ever happened to anyone? I am just wondering if workers causing injuries from stiff working is something I should seriously even worry about or not.
Also Ladydark, are you sure that you are double clicking EWRevenge.exe to launch the game? Your computer shouldn't need to open that file with another program, since anything ending in EXE is a program in itself.

I haven't played too terribly long, but the only time I've ever had a guy hurt is:
-Freak accident on a random day. Just happens from time to time.
or
-Sick Bump. In my TNA game AJ Styles and Abyss have both been injured from taking sick bumps.

just advice for anyone.
Feuds that work: Claudio Castagnoli and Rocky Romero-These guys will constantly put on great matches.I've had them feud against each other twice in my first year. In their 2nd feud, they have yet to do anything lower than an 87, and now they are the two most over people in my company. Claudio is 99, and Romero is 93.
Kevin Steen vs. Jimmy Jacobs- I've had them wrestle 5 times, and all 5 matches have been 5 star. And now Steen is my 3rd most over guy at 92, and Jacobs isn't doing to bad at 88.

I restarted my RoH game. I've got some time under my belt now, so I know what to do.
1. I cut the fat. Jobbers/Dempseys/Irish Airborne (even though I like them) 2. Best Sponsors I could get. 3. Signed Colt/Hero/Romero/Claudio/Steen/Super Dragon to written contracts. 4. Signed Puma to a written contract. 5. Signed Human Tornado, Alex Shelley, Arik Cannon, El Generico, Prince Nana to open contracts. 6. Created the Embassy - Shelley/Nana/Rave/Rinauro, KoW - Hero/Claudio/Cannon, and GenNext - Evans/Strong/Aries 7. Going to give the Tag titles to Aries/Strong with a feud with Shelley/Rave 8. Repackaged Claudio and Cannon to Swiss Money, who are "Rich Snobs" and when TNA fires Scott D'Amore I plan on adding him to KoW.

Austin Lee and Daryn Smithe(check the spelling on that just because I'm not looking at the game right now) but those two guys had a fued on my fed that was 5 98 quality matches, and they're both reasonably cheap workers who are great talkers and will sign written contracts. Right now they're my two top heels along with Joe

I never use them anymore unless the person taking the sick bump is on his way out the door or something. A sick bump might spike the Crowd Reaction by a couple points, but the chances of the guy doing it getting injured are higher than I am comfortable with. I had CM Punk out for like 7 months in a WWE game I did a while back from taking a sick bump, and I haven't done it since.

I finally grew some balls in my Fusient Buys WCW game and fired Kevin Nash. I had him and DDP as tag champs feuding with Totally Buff (Luger and Bagwell) but stupid Nash refused to job to anyone. If he did lose to someone (which would only be Flair or Goldberg) he demanded to do something after to get his heat back. I could never challenge the decisions due to his creative control.
On my last show before Bash at the Beach I had Nash lose to Flair. His morale dropped to 30 so I offered him a release, which he accepted. Then the day of the PPV, Luger went into rehab, so I fired his ass. Without Luger there is no use for Buff, so he was canned as well.
Goldberg's contract runs out in 2 months, so once he's gone my big names will be Flair, Sting, Scott Steiner, and DDP.
I'm currently running a kickass feud for the tag belts between Lance Storm/Mike Awesome and RVD/Tommy Dreamer. And more indy wrestlers I signed to developmental deals are ready to be promoted, such as CM Punk, AJ Styles, etc. I'm slowly removing all of the older, bigger names and replacing them with younger stars, which is probably what Fusient was going to do in the first place.

My major problem is that when I get a Developmental Territory open, I go to town signing guys. I'll end up with over 40 guys in developmental. I really need to break myself og doing that.

I started a game with the latest roster update, and by January '08, had ROH up to National level. In March, I got an offer from Harley Race's WLW, and went there. Its on small scale. I've done 2 shows, and my PI is up from 30% to 56%.

Was anyone besides Bischoff and McMahon trying to buy WCW in 2001? I'm considering having a different owner for the company in my 2001 scenario.

Yeah, I learned my lesson about sick bumps... A sick bump ruined a Styles and Daniels vs. America's Most Wanted feud that I had going a long time ago. It was my company's second biggest feud, and it went right down the drain. That's why I only do sick bumps during feud-ending matches. And if I get an injury, so be it ... I use it for storylines (come back for revenge, turn heel/face upon comeback, etc). Best example: My ECW game ... ECW Commish Mick Foley is in a war with ECW World Champion (and heel) Rhino. Rhino wins the feud by throwing Foley off a Hell In A Cell, putting him on the shelf for 16 months. Flash forward sixteen months; Rhino is now a beloved face. The standard-bearer for ECW's technical superiority, Chris Benoit, has joined the invading Evil Empire stable, a group of former WWF'ers trying to transform ECW into a Sportz Entertainment promotion. AJ Styles, a whiny brat with no respect for anyone at Foley's injury, is now the chosen savior for ECW. Mick Foley comes out of retirement as Cactus Jack, tries, and fails to unseat Benoit as champ. After Benoit loses the title, and the Empire is forced to disband, Empire manager Ted DiBiase turfs Benoit; Benoit turns face, but Foley doesn't trust him. Foley goes overboard trying to prove Benoit is a liar and, in the process, turns heel himself. Couldn't have done that without the injury. Jed Shaffer ~JMA: Bischoff and McMahon were the only contenders to buy WCW in 2001. No one else was insane enough to want it.

I really wish I knew how to hack into the data and make a few changes.
First off, I REA-HEH-HEALLY want to change the names of the created federations. I strive for semi-realism, so seeing organizations called "Springfield Wrestling" or Original Lucha Libre in Extreme (run in Canada by the Mountie...), it makes me die a little inside.
Also, I would like to edit gimmicks, add new match types (Quest for the Best, Road to Legends, etc.) and add more segment types (a comedy gimmick. It doesn't have to be too in depth, but WWF/WWE has been doing it since before the attitude era... I would like to have some of my higher charismatic guys doing segments for the fans...
...that or add my own commentator and ranking system. I've been using The Dames and Keith (only for the ranking system), so I've grown really bored of them...

I would like to be able to edit the Japanese promotions. It bugs me to no end when I see that Dragon Gate is still Toryumon in the game, and that WMF is still running.
