How do I get my 1985 scenario to work? Put the data for it in the file folder marked DATA. Start a new game. There you go. Jed Shaffer ~Anybody figured out how to write new match-types with the super-editor?

Significant Alignment changes: Had Sting turn heel, Steamboat went heel, Hall came in as a babyface, Flair and Anderson were babefaces at the time, kept them that way. Are you booking bizarro world? I'm trying to picture a heel Steamboat, and it makes no sense, especially against a face Flair. Still, sounds awesome.

Has anyone ever had a worker who refused to work.
I see that it is possible, but that hasn't happened to me...knock on wood.

I had Scott steiner at 35% morale, but I jobbed out Mortis and Wrath to the steiners(well, except for the fact that Wrath and Mortis beat the Steiners for the titles at Souled Out), so he's no longer unhappy

I am playing a 1998 scenario. I am WCW. So far, its the 22nd of the month, I've ran a couple of weeks of TV, and 1 PPV. I moved Thunder and Saturday Night into primetime slots. So far, I've made about $13 Mil(although I have yet to pay staff, workers, merchandising or advertising).
When I started I was about 10% under WWF, but now I am about 10% above them.Killer Kowalski is the head trainer at the powerplant(he was 99 in talent) I also opened up a developmental territory, and have 57 guys there, including some future stars, such as Adam Copeland,Christian Cage, AJ Styles, Chavo Jr., The Hass Brothers, The Hardy Boyz, Jamie Noble, Kid Kash, Billy Kidman, Kurt Angle, Loki, Greg Helms, Shannon Moore, Corino, Stevie Richards, and Tajiri.
The only companies in the game are WWF, ECW, and myself(WCW), but if I continue to make good money, I'm gonna buy out ECW(who's public image is falling, too. Actually, I'm the only one doing anything good public image wise this month)
So far its going well.

Does anyone know how I can transfer my game from one computer to another? I recently got a laptop and I want to continue the game that i am in, but I can't get it over here.

Well, in your EWR folder, there will be files with names S1-S8. Those are were your games are. Make sure you have EWR on your laptop, and save the save folder(s) you want to like a floppy or flash drive, then copy that over to your new comp(either delete your current S... folder your deleting, or just copy all the stuff inside the file you want, and paste it in the corresponding file on the laptop.)
For instance, in my 1998 game, I have two saves. ECW and WCW. ECW is in S1, and WCW is in S2. If I wanted to bring my WCW game to another folder, I'd copy S2 to a disk or drive, take it to the other computer with EWR, get to that comp's EWR file, delete that S2, and put my S2 with WCW in it in its place.

I'm running TNA currently and having some issues. First i hired Cladio and Hero and was building them up for a great run when Claudio entered rehab. Hero has been flounderring around the mid card with not much to do until Cladios return only to injure his thumb and be out another month before he even got a match!
My current injured list includes: Kurt Angle Chris Jericho Christian Cage Raven Sonjay Dutt Jay Lethal Claudio plus some other mid carders
On the plus side with three shows my Monday night wars are kicking WWE's butt! I am close on my secondary shows so if these guys all get better I have an instant win for my second show to stomp smack down.
I have bought three other smaller promotions to date mostly in order to get their wrestlers who wouldn't sign with me. Brock Lesnar is next on the radar and If I can get his current bosses to sell out he is gonna tear up the joint!
My major problem is initially I had team 3d as champs and they eventually fueded and lost to Shelley and Sabin as the machine guns. Since then Devon has been steadily growing unhappy and seems to hang around the 35% to 39% range. I have tried giving them a renewed push against LAX and letting Devon get the winning pin etc. all to no avail. I am this close to turning one of the brothers heel and having them fued against each other.
By the way Face Lance Storm and Face Christopher Daniels having a fued based on mutual respect with handshakes at the end of each match and even win loss records not only produces great matches but will be awesome when I decided to turn one heel by cheap shotting after the handshake!
My newest team sensation is Asian Superiority which is Masahiro Chono and (forgot his first name) Tanaka. Of course they are evil foreigners. Tanak started as a face and they fueded before Tanaka joined him in the ring and joined the dark side.

Im running my own version of the New Blood angle with TNA atm. I tried to keep with mostly TNA guys on one side, but went and grabbed a few Indy guys to fill holes and improve a few as well.
Main Event Scene;
WCW/WWF: Kurt Angle, Christian Cage, Chris Jericho, Sting TNA/Indy: Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Bryan Danielson
Midcard:
WCW/WWF: Rhino, Raven, Ron Killings, Jeff Jarrett TNA/Indy: Abyss, Monty Brown, Chris Hero, Robert Roode
Lightweights:
WCW/WWF: Jerry Lynn, Ultimo Dragon, Psicosis, Tajiri TNA/Indy: Austin Aries, Frankie Kazarian, Jay Lethal, Matt Bentley, Petey Williams, Sonjay Dutt
Tag Teams:
WCW/WWF: The Dudley Boyz, The New Age Outlawz, The Steiner Brothers TNA/Indy: Motor City Machine Guns, America's Most Wanted, Latin American Exchange, Triple X
I literally just started it, and got the roster to my liking, im looking forward to it.

So, Edge was coming to the end of his contract with WWE, and I wanted to sign him. I gave him Main Event, $300,000, 2 Years and Creative Control and he said "I don't think this offer represents a good move."
Seriously, WTF?

There are a couple possible reasons ... 1) Your PI/level is lower than the WWE. 2) He has a relationship of either loyalty or love with someone under contract in the WWE. The first one can be overcome in time. The second one is more or less impossible to get around. Jed Shaffer ~Damn relationships.

Quick question for y'all:
It says on one of the internet sites that "Shimmer Womens Athletes is in trouble", so I go to try and buy them out but Prazak isn't intrested, same with WXW, however, they will accept my offer of giving them money.
I wanna buy everyone out so is there a way around this??

With TNA, I've got 99% Global PI, and WWE has fallen to about 62% or so, so that can't be the problem. What relationships would Edge have that are more important than Christian Cage, who's working for me? Not too sure.

If one of his relationships is either Loves (perhaps Lita) or Loyalty (god only knows), and it's someone on the WWE roster, that's it. Jed Shaffer ~Aside from using a cheat to Easy Steal, your only options are to either wait out him/his connections to get released, or to buy WWE.

What's a good gimmick for heel Bryan Danielson? He's having good matches but no one cares because the gimmick I have for him (show stealer) isn't working. I had cocky previously and that wasn't working, either.
I just got dropped from television because the game I'm playing had four shows on Monday nights. I was routinely about second or third every week, but I got dropped. No one has wanted my show for three months and it sucks. I really wanted a secondary program to go with the Monday night show because my roster was so big. Dammit.
