I've been thinking a bit about TNA and how it's been recently. I only got to watch Impact yesterday. Anyway, here are my exclusive thoughts, lol.
-Kurt Angle winning the belt back was bad in my estimation. I feel that Kurt should have gone into another feud with an upper midcard babyface, or another babyface to help elevate them, where Sting faces the winner of Fight for the Right (which I predict will be Christian Cage).
-I think the guy who will benefit most from the tournament will be Kaz. I see him going to the finals, and just barely losing to Christian. I think people say TNA doesn't push any of their own talent, but Kaz seems to be a homegrown talent (I know people will say but he was in WWE, despite being there for a month) that they are really pushing hard. Plus I think Kaz is completely awesome.
-I think what Team 3D is doing is ok, but I wish it was more like feuding with the Motor City Machine Guns then just the whole X-Division itself. I love their promos though, and I'm hoping that the whole thing with killing the X-Division just turns into trying to kill the Machine Guns. I think the Guns are going to benefit huge from feuding with Team 3D.
-Overall, I think TNA has been doing better recently. It still seems to have its critics, but I'm liking the two hour version better. More wrestling because of the time is always a plus.

I have liked Kaz a lot, even if his match with Hoyt really and truly sucked.

I kinda like where the Team 3D vs the X-Division is going. Should be a good way to put over the MCMG

I concur.
I think the MCMG should at some point come in and bravely "save the day" when Team 3D attempt another beatdown, prompting a match where they "overcome the odds" and "avenge their fallen comrades" and go on for a huge "push". Oops, that last quotation shouldn't be there.
Kaz should indeed get a push. I like the guy. I think that the fued with Roode (hey that rhymes) helped both guys out. It looks like Kaz, Roode and Storm are heading on up to the top of the card, and that isn't a bad thing at all.
Let Hoyt split from Hemme and have Jimmy Rave as Christy Hemme's go-to guy. Rave and Hoyt can have a little fued before Rave goes on to a big X Division push and Hoyt goes back to whatever it was that he was doing before. That or they can start a Television Title and he can be at the front of it. Either way's fine. I don't mind the guy. He's got more credit than Junior Fatu in any event.
Speaking of the X Division, I don't care what TNA does as long as they EFFING DO SOMETHING WITH IT!!! Ideally, I'd like Senshi, Jay Lethal and Rave to have one big triple threat fued thing going on. Realistically, if Jay drops the title to Elix Skipper and Triple X have a little rivalry in between themselves, that's fine too.
Finally...LAX vs. PhenomeNO. That's alright. Keep at it.

I've never though of Sting as a long term champion, so it doesn't bother me that he quickly lost it back to Angle. The only problem with Angle being champion is there's no where for him to go as champion. Not his fault, but TNA has failed to make any new superstars since Kurt Angle has come into TNA. There's no new fresh babyfaces for him to fued with.
I really like TNA's lower midcard division consisting of Kaz, James Storm and Robert Roode. Each of those wrestlers have potential to become big players one day. More-so James Storm and Robert Roode, my problem with Kaz is he doesn't have a unique look. He kinda looks generic, so that's something that could be worked on.
I don't mind for Team 3D "burying" the X Division just as long as MCMG get over at some point. I don't mean get over with the fans, cause they are far and beyond that, but I mean get over in a match with Team 3D. Cleanly, without twenty run-ins.

Last night I saw the K-A-Z beat AJ Styles in Jersey. It was an impressive sight.
And just an hour ago I met Tracy Brooks and kind of tried to get some clue about where the storyline is going.
All she would say is, "I'm smitten with him." and also that she likes that he's started calling himself the K-A-Z.

Wait a minute, People think that MCMG will actually beat 3d? I hope they will but I just don't see it.

I think they scrapped the fued too early imo, there was no pay off, pun intended, I would've liked Roode and Kaz to meet in the tournament, then continue the fued after the tournament is said and done.

The change to 2 hours has helped but they still need help with booking and storyline direction.

The change to 2 hours has helped but they still need help with booking and storyline direction. I actually think the booking has improved under this format, but what they still need major help with is the pacing of the show. No need for it to drag, but it MUST be worked down to a more manageable pace, without all the head-spinning jump cuts and whatnot. That way, if some of their workers do slower paced matches, the crowd won't feel let down, as well. I do agree on storyline direction, though; they need to do a little more long term planning in terms of the twists and turns storylines will take. Long feuds are great when you think them out to a long term, logical conclusion. TNA's improved in that department, but they're not there yet.

I've been digging the 2 hour shows typically, but last week Tenay and West really turned me away with their constant shilling of the main event. They basically ignored the first 3 matches and instead chose to talk about Angle and Sting the whole time. I realize that they want to push the main event and that's fine, but they crossed the line of overkill. They simply wouldn't shut up about it, and they were making the other matches seem wholly unimportant. After a while I was like "OK I get it, Sting and Angle have a match". It got to the point where I got tired of hearing it and I shut it off.

They'll go a whole two minutes without mentioning a single thing that's going on in the ring. The WWE announcers know how to balance these things out. Like, the Lethal/Havok match awhile back, they didn't even mention who Jay Lethal was wrestling until about halfway through the match.

I don't see MCMG winning clean. They may win though. I just have no faith in TNA doing someting right like that.

He did do the last part in the first reign. Maybe you can mention the whole "retiring the X-Belt" or "All of the undercard wrestlers wanting to leave" or "Angle to retain all 3 titles at No Surrender."
