They need more advertising but to really hook viewers, they need better storylines. The storylines they do spotlight tend to be really shallow and with the right Russo touches, become completely incoherent. They also gotta let segments and angles sink in. Even with the 2 hour timeslot, they still run at the same pace as the one hour. Instead of letting stuff sink in, they quickly go to the next segment. It's kinda like having a segment right after Hogan was revealed as the 3rd man in the NWO and only showing the first half of his promo, then cutting to a "wacky" segment with Angle and Eric Young

Pure and simple they need an identity away from WWE. Something that distinguishes them, more than just them saying that they are. I enjoy TNA alot, but they still fall into this whole WWF/WCW/Memphis trap that old men like Jarrett, Mantel and Russo fall into.
They need a new booker who has never booked a promotion before. Like a Gabe Sapowksy. Somebody with a new vision and with the power to do it.
If they continue with Russo and Mantel, all they get is a tired olf formula with new guys. And no one will continue to care and it wont catch heat.

Someone willing to shake things up with ideas that haven't been tried before, rather than rehashes of old ones. Someone who might've recently submitted a resume and demo disc within the past two weeks. *ahem*

The real question is who should TNA dump to improve ratings?
And that man would be Vince Russo.

the answer is no one. if the past year has taught us anything it is that WWE fans won't watch TNA just to see ex-WWE guys... sting Point of order... Sting is one of the few long-term workers that has never worked in WWE/WWF. Point of odor, Bastion Booger

Certainly, it will not be a former NASCAR guy whose name reminds me of the word "hermaphrodite"

I really wish Id followed TV writing instead of Philosophy/Psychology which got me nowhere in life. A desk job where I go on a wrestling forum all day. Whatd you include on the demo disc? Scripts or you commenting?
