i've seen - terrible framerate - slowdown (one got really bad it was like playing it on a crap PC & had to be turned off) - Enemy bullets/rockets go through scenery and hit you Ah, I don't really consider frame rate issues or slowdown as glitches, and even as it is they didn't bother me despite the occasional hiccups (KOTOR 2 on the Xbox is MUCH worse in that department anyway and has 53,594 glitches, about 27,567 of them major, to go with it). I have heard reports from people who have had technical problems with Mass Effect, but for me everything works for the most part. Except for the texture streaming on occasion, which they really ought to fix. And... maybe I was just lucky with the enemy bullets. With rockets, though, I'd imagine that shrapnel and other crap might hit you if you're behind an object and someone decides to blast it. Don't get me wrong i love the game to bits, it's one of the best RPGs i've played but the problems i've had have been irritating. At least it's not glitched like KOTOR II (that was bad)

Bioshock and Super Mario Galaxy.
I'll give the slight edge to Galaxy because it symbolises everything I love about games. Fun, entertainment and easy to play (seriously, it looks really confusing, but when you get into it, it's so easy)

Halo goes by gaylo in cod 4 By alot of people Wow, that's so witty. Not that the 12-year-olds screaming obscenities into the Xbox Live headset in Halo's online play would be any better, though.

It has to be Mario Galaxy for me. Mass Effect is not far behind though.

It's a tie between Mario Galaxy and Portal, but I lean more towards Portal. The dark humor and thinking with portals made it amazing. The ending song is also really catchy.

the 12 year olde got to cod 4 their voice sounds like demon baby screams I figured COD4 would have its share of those as well. I think the main reason for my hatred towards FPS games in general (I like Goldeneye, Halo and BioShock, but that's it) is that so many players of those games seem to be some dumbass energy drink fueled hyperactive kids who have just learnt to drop the F-bomb and various racial slurs and feel a strong inner urge to use those every three seconds when they play online.

That happenes in EVERY game on Xbox Live. However, on the PS3's online, I've yet to encounter a single person under 15.

Yeah, I was going to say, PS3's online community seems a bit more mature overall, which sadly isn't a hard thing to do. But maybe may folks not owning headsets is a big part of that. I do agree that Halo is way over rated, all of them. It is a well made game, but doesn't really excel at anything but multiplayer, and that is the least important part for me. There is nothing wrong with it, the game has just been outclassed in every way by other games(half-life 2, CoD4, Bioshock, Black, and others). I think maybe it is just more accessible to non-gamers, and MS knew how to hype it and who to pay off(which is a huge issue in the gaming industry from all sides, especially in reviews).

Mario Galaxy is just as good as 64. Which says TONS.
I voted for it.

If everyone went and bought WarHawk's hard disc copy, they'd get a free blu-tooth head set. Granted, the head set sort of hurts my ear(not the noise, but the actual physical headset itself), it works good enough. Another thing Sony is doing better than Microsoft. When it comes to their accessories so far, Sony is attaching them to pretty good games. For example, WarHawk came with the headset, Time Crisis 4 gets you the PS3 GunCon, and Eye of Judgement gets you the PlayStation Eye, all 3 accessories are awesome, and the games they come with are getting good reviews. Microsoft? This is what they are doing, "buy the damn thing yourself, you don't need no stinking game to teach you how to use it correctly!"

while mario galaxy was grand, i absolutely love bioshock. i generally don't like first person shooters, but bioshock is up there with metroid prime as one of the exceptions to the rule. so, i vote bioshock...with mario galaxy and god of war 2 right behind.

Well Namco is behind Time Crisis, but it is a good point, they followed the Nintendo formula. New accessories need games to pack in. Then again most 360's come with headsets anyway, though on PS3 you can use damn near any usb or blue tooth headset, so you get options to use stuff you may own which is nice.
